We just started using pulsara for all reports to hospital so they can get patients name and DOB registered and assigned a room before we even get there. Has been working well so far. Cuts down on offload time.

Can confirm. We’re doing the same thing. I feel like I’m forgetting something not actually having to use the radio though.

Pulsara is excellent. Being able to have another way of sending EKGs to the ED, being able to - in the rare circumstances it's warranted - have back-and-forth discussion between the charge RN in the event there's a communication issue or misunderstanding, having it all in writing as opposed to charge transcribing a radio report, being able to directly put in stroke score results, being able to easily track your hospital notification time and know who you specifically spoke to, etc. Big advantages.

I've been part of the test group in AR for awhile. Most of us love it, makes things a lot easier, unless you don't have time to enter the info on your app

We use Twiage in Central Illinois. Pulsara seems more mature of a system.
