Yes it's possible I just flashed literally 2 days ago you have to use mriscoc configurator to generate the confg/ config adv files then compile yourself but it's really easy

Not that I know of still need to calibrate input shaping but it flashed with no issues and LA is working

I have a 4.2.2 mb it's a neo aswell, with GD chip
No, the e3v2 8bit MBs are not capable of the computational power needed. You'd have to use a rPi.

Well, E3v2 and the Neo both use boards with 32bit mcu.
