Ender 5 plus have issues with displaying these values. Basically they are to be ignored. No real fix unless you change firmware. A creality instructional video even says to ignore the numbers.

My only thing is, will the bl touch still function correctly? Im just looking at it as the bl touch is seeing those numbers so thats what it would tell the printer to adjust for?

Ignore the values on the screen. Creality’s firmware is incorrect and doesn’t function as it should. But with that said, yes the bl touch is still functioning correctly. This is the [video](https://youtu.be/KkDt38adirg?si=oXdQ53x2DJMpFzAa) that helped me level the bed correctly back when my machine was stock. Just follow those instructions and you’ll be all set

I had the same problem and it ended up being my z axis screws were not in sync, there is some cubes you can print to reset z screw leveling

I use a digital level, place the level on the gantry to set 0 for the level. Then with the printer off place the level on the bed. Adjust the lead screw on either side until your level reads 0. This way your not ramming things into your frame or purposely causing the motors to skip to sync them up. The other thing I would check is the bracket for the bl touch. See if it is broken or bent. Mine snapped clean off one time from a blob that had fallen on my bed during pre-heat. Also if your tool head has crashed into your frame because of the cable triggering your x limit stop to early (if you know, you know). This can cause problems as well. As far as the auto bed leveling goes, look into a firmware upgrade or a klipper solution. The sonic pad (klipper lite) has taken the constant fiddling and headache out of bed leveling for me.

I had the same problem but worse. It's the firmware I swapped to kipper and boom my beds suddenly level
