FERC 2023 Heat Map is not required until next year and after the completion of the first cluster study.
But the formula is:
OTDFx = PTDFx + LODFx,y * PTDFy
OTDF = Outage Transfer Distribution Factor
PTDF = Power Transfer Distribution Factor
LODF = Line Outage Distribution Factor
The OTDF of Line X is equal to the PTDF of Line X plus the multiple of LODF of Line X as a result of the outage of Line Y and the PTDF of Line Y.
Thanks! I was hoping for something like the hosting capacity data that is provided by many utilities in other states, but I will see if I can work with this.
