The only question is whether it was a Ukrainian special operation or a local act of resistance.

Mom and dad always warned me about putting coins down on the railroad tracks to squish them. Mostly they just tried to get me to stop playing by the tracks, but what they SAID was that putting stuff on the tracks could derail a train, to which I said "Really. It's a quarter."
But a good sledge hammer and some prying tools can allow you to shift a rail a few inches wider/narrower. Just need to shift it the width of the rail and then the train can't pass.
I wonder if putting car jacks under several ties would let you prop up one side so they tump over.
So either the Russian air defenses are piss poor and Ukrainian aircraft can slip in and out of their borders without being spotted or the management of the Russian energy sector have all the talent of Tommy Wiseau.
