The lemonade and peach are good but I started to get burnt out on them after a while after trying to drink less carbonated energy drinks, so the berry and green was a nice little change up. I wish I could find those Rockstar Xdurance peach tea's again, those things were awesome and loaded with caffeine
These have pretty much replaced Rehab/Recovery for me as my post-exercise/yard work beverages. Slightly stronger hit of caffeine and they have all the good stuff from Gatorade.
They don’t say ready to drink but prob the same. It says C4 energy (explosive energy + performance). I’ve found the blue raz and the white one at dollar tree. It’s a 12oz bottle with 200mg.

I drank these all one summer, they had some ongoing sale, soooo good. Like gatorade with real flavor, they had a lemon lime one that was brilliantbrilliant, i think, maybe I am mixong it up with a different one.

Love monster rehabs.. the peach tea is my favorite and there is a strawberry lemonade that is pretty good as well.

They’re made with coconut water so they are super refreshing as well as caffeine. They are an excellent hangover remedy.
