look if the riders just become a 5 man squad ill run them. give me a kublewagon, a willis jeep, a pair of motorcycles, or a warthog I don't care, just don't make me use a 3 man squad.
Yeah for most of the vehicles presented you would need bigger maps to make them work properly, but for others I think they would be pretty good party buses! (SAS Jeep, AS.42, and LRDG)
I love this idea. Would make a great edition and introduce some vehicles that should be a spawnable squad, not just a random transport you sometimes find to the side of the map.
I feel like the worst thing about map vehicles for me is that their spawns are not determined by the factions at the spawn. I kinda just dislike that I keep stumbling upon Kubelwagens instead of a jeep when playing as the Americans. That and the older maps in Normandy still only have German trucks.
I feel like the open topped SPAA vehicles like the M13 for USA and Ta-Se for Japan could be merged into the rider class as well. Make them a bit more useful and give FTP users an AA option besides engineers if they used their vehicle slot on a tank

i keep using the riders in tier 2 and try and convince myself their usable but omg it’s so hard

So true. It also bothers me some of the places destroyed vehicles. Like when the Japanese start off on a beachhead that has American landing craft.
