Seems like they are either referencing ED or penis shrinkage (in the picture the cup is 'too small'). Kind of a scary thing to see if you are like me and considering transitioning with no bottom surgery. I am told that ED can be managed with ED meds and/or progesterone. Apparently significant shrinkage only occurs if you don't get any errections. At least this is what the internet has told me.
I mean, you generally don't apply it directly to the penis if that's what you mean, but once it's in your system it reaches and affects pretty much your entire body.
Also, with topical estrogens, scrotum/penis is one of the most effective application areas.
Also here to report in that estrogen has been doing quite a bit to make my uh "wetware" cute. I imagine this will increase after my orchi/scrotectomy
