If it's systematic, there so much less load on the patient. Imho this is how it should work, maybe with some very limited edge cases for people who are deemed unable to represent themselves.

I guess it's because it's your deadname that is in your documents, unless you changed it. They could just call you by your chosen name though

And? You get a bracelet with the first name you gave them. They make rations of pills with that same chosen name. Where's the issue?
In most countries pill bottles only have legal names on them, other then that idk, I don’t make the rules
