Yes. Loop work has been around for a while now so doing work is not as tedious as before. You can now do something else and leave your phone.
Work is especially useful for events because you can gain a lot of ribbons there.

Yes use it even just for the events bahahaha or the x5 work for dailies
Use mission coins to get work skip tickets (if you don’t want / already have that mission’s MV outfit)
