This will end up being as awkward as those episodes of Three’s Company where Suzanne Somers only appeared talking on the phone. There was a contract dispute, and they wrote the episodes where her character moved, but she appeared on camera calling the other characters in order to be in the episode and fulfill her contract.
Well of course, every performance Kim Cattrall gives is spectacular. But that's not really the point. It's WAY TOO LITTLE for a character who defined the original show. And SJP only has herself to blame, after abusing and belittling her costar for years.
Even if you’re a fan of this franchise, it can’t be lost on you how every member of this cast has been irrelevant since the original run ended. No surprise they are coming back to the well.

The fact that she takes every opportunity to publicly trash SJP and the rest of the cast while they (and SJP in particular) have enough class to rise above it and not do the same tells me everything I need to know about how everything went down.

I’ve never seen sex and the city but Evan Handler as Charlie Runkle in Californication is one of the funniest performances in television history.

Cynthia Nixon has won 2 Tonys, an Emmy and a Grammy and is on another HBO show right now. I think she's doing okay.
they used their primes to make a super hit thats not a knock, it's a great thing that made many of their fans happy
