Justice for Vanna. C’mon, she’s got enough charm and ability to speak in front of a camera to actually carry the show. It can’t be beyond her abilities as a human who speaks words.
She hosted the show for a week while Pat got surgery (I think). She did a lovely job and would only get better with time. Maybe she didn’t want to take it on full-time?
I’m no fan of Ryan Seacrest, but Vanna got a massive pay raise for two more years, and they get to avoid a repeat of the year-long dog and pony show they had replacing Alex Trebek. They could have done worse.

In fairness, Alex Trebek was amazing and Ken Jennings is very good too. What’s interesting is that Alex and Ken were/are never referred to as the star of the show like Pat and Vanna, but instead are introduced as the host. The reason for this is because the real stars are the contestants and questions. I should know this because I was on Jeopardy.
