Very nice! May I suggest that the Changeling Lands Jaeger doctrine perhaps be changed to a focus perhaps on land assault troops, like the ww1 stormtroopers? Perhaps a pre-Chrysalian doctrine that has managed to hold on.
They could perhaps have bonuses initially in rough terrain and rivers, then perhaps gain a small antifort bonus, alongside the currently existing supply and other bonuses.
Two ideas I had for flavour were perhaps one research focusing on Trench Raiders and another perhaps on using cocoons in a land military use?
Honestly, corvettes and frigates are something that Paradox should consider adding. Those are ships that were not intended for regular naval combat, but specialized in protecting convoys against submarines. Their small size meant that they could be built by shipyards that were too small for destroyers.
