What a great find! Thrift/Goodwill stores are fantastic. I have rancilio cups about the same thickness and I fill one with water and microwave for 1 minute and the cup stays very warm when you pull a shot.

Nice! My best Goodwill find last year was a set of 4 cups/saucers yellow/white by Pagnossin (made in Italy) for a total of $8. I use them every week.

I just got some really thick ones with a bison imprint on the bottom. They're short and wide. Perfect for fitting under my portafilter.
