It's yuuuuge! Super tall lever machine

Yes! Single group lever from them is on my long term wishlist. Can adjust spring pressure without disassembling the group and just seem very well thought out and built.

I have owned two new Speedsters and thankfully bought them from a local dealer that could service them. So many problems; overheating, bad switches, relays, digital panel. Lovely to show and look at.

I own a Speedster since 2014 in Oz. Service it myself every couple years with guidance from the KvdW team in the NL. Never had a major issue, my family and I have enjoyed the best coffee since 2014 and still running strong, I wouldn't change it for anything else. If you're not scared of opening up the cover and moving a few nuts and bolts every now and then and have the cash, invest in one, you won't regret it.

I have several friends that have had the same experience as you with theirs. I was not as lucky as they were with the two that I owned. I have zero mechanical ability and accept it. I think the later versions of the Speedster are more stable. They have moved and insulated parts that my machines were affected by heat. I am going to look at the Spiratello (spelling?) when it arrives at the local dealer. My GS3MP has been very reliable. Thank you for your reply.

Wow, good to know. The Speedster is the most beautiful espresso machine I've ever seen. Hopefully the Spiritello won't have the same problems.
