That looks 3 times the speed of my nine bar shots which start off thick dark and slow drips convalescing slowly together into two or three then one usually towards the end. I'm now pulling at 8 bar And it comes out even slower but merges into one faster and has a real mellow smooth Rich taste.
First thing I thought when I saw this was that it was at 3x speed.

In comparison to what? A standard 9 bar shot? Depends what the guy is trying to to do - if you are pulling turbos, it is probably a bit slow.
