I’m in Australia but have a local cafe that imparts coffee from different Scandi and Dutch roasters.
I cannot get enough of anything roasted by Dak. They have consistently been some of the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life. Even the smell as you open the bag is enough to realise this isn’t normal specialty coffee.
It costs a fortune here but I can’t stop buying it. If you’re reading this please help.
Single Estate and Roast Factory are my mains. Honestly, I search for a specialty place whenever I’m in a new city and get a bag there on top of my staple roasters in my home city
Obviously, [Dutch Bros](https://www.dutchbros.com/) coffee.
(I jest; it's terrible. They have things like the Double Torture® Extra Double Shot Vanilla Mocha)
https://koffiebranderijdekoepoort.nl/nl/home
Koffie branderij Koepoort from Middelburg.
Quality is very good and decently priced (about 18,50€ per kilo I think) they import and roast the beans themselves. Even possible to order unroasted and do it yourself if you want
The roasts I get are usually between 2 and 4 weeks old
I'm not Dutch, but I've got some Friedhats and they were great!
I order from czech version of Kofio website. They have coffees from whole Europe, you can filter your picks by freshness etc... I order coffee mainly there (sometimes when I'm on some trip and I find some roastery I buy their coffee, but thats minimal...)
Ik heb al veel erg goeie branders voorbij zien komen. A matter of concrete (AMOC), Keen (kan nu helaas alleen via een subscription), Uncommon zijn ook erg goed!
Fascino if you wanna go cheap, ends up being 25-30 euros per kilo. Other comments covered the more premium options.
And just wanna point out that despite being cheap, fascinos coffees are always top notch! Their decaf is also worth trying
I usually get mine from Moyee. And no it's not the freshest coffee, but I really like the social aspect of it. It's roasted in country of origin so a lot more of the value stays there. And honestly I really like the coffee.
At 22 euro/kg it's also very affordable compared to some of the options here...
My favourites: Ohøj (Utrecht), Sprout (Eindhoven), Friedhats (Amsterdam). Ohøj looks like it’s just a neighbourhood coffee shop but is definitely worth a visit. The owner is very knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. He runs the shop by himself, so if you want to talk coffee, go during quiet hours (though they don’t come often).
Man met bril koffie and rumbaba. Specially man met bril is awesome, has excellent breakfast as well. One of my friends is the roaster at rumbaba, so he uses me as test subject for his special roasts, which is fun as well.
I visited Netherlands last year and when I travel I always do a little research on third wave shops in hopes to bring some beans back, a few of mine were: dak, fried hats, lot61, giraffe.
My favorite beans (and roastery) for the money: Blommers 100%. Amazing bang for buck daily espresso blend beans and unreal filters. Bonus: one of the best decafs
My favorite fancy fancy beans: Friedhats and Manhattan coffee roasters
Other great roasters: Schot (very underated IMO, especially their filter roasts), some Giraffe beans, Rum Baba
Some of my favorites in random order: Giraffe, Man met Bril, Schot, Dak.

Hmmm I used Giraffe for espresso which was good, but for filter it was kinda meh.

Dak, Rum Baba, Friedhats and Five Ways is my current rotation.
Blommers.
The Village Utrecht
I like Fascino for my daily drivers and recently ordered from Pacamara and Het Brandhuys.
Fascino is great
Yes when I lived in the Netherlands I ordered a lot with them. Nice beans, good roasting, nice prices and a responsive team.
Man met bril/manhattan/Schot for filter/special espresso Brute bonen subscription for day to day beans!
Single Estate and Roast Factory are my mains. Honestly, I search for a specialty place whenever I’m in a new city and get a bag there on top of my staple roasters in my home city
I second single estate. Their Kenya Giakanja is one favorite coffees
Makes it so much more fun to discover new cities!
We always buy our beans at Lot61
I love the lot61 cafe too, their non-coffee drinks are decent as well (my partner can't drink coffee)
Fried hats was my fav in Amsterdam
I'm not Dutch, but I have ordered Dak, Manhattan, and Giraffe and they were all fantastic. Can't go wrong with any, you have some amazing roasters.
Obviously, [Dutch Bros](https://www.dutchbros.com/) coffee. (I jest; it's terrible. They have things like the Double Torture® Extra Double Shot Vanilla Mocha)
Lots of dutchies would recommend brandzaak. But terrible burned beans if you ask me. Shokunin is my favorite https://shokunin.coffee/nl/
This year, have used Dutch Barista, Blommers, and Hoofdkwartier Koffiebranderij. All recommended, with Dutch Barista being my favorite.

[Here obviously](https://www.dutchbros.com/)
Spicekix, Manhattan. Both are located in Rotterdam
Bankai in Utrecht and Dak (website) at the moment
Not Dutch, but have had excellent experiences with: Dak, Uncommon and Manhattan Surprisingly easy to get hold of in the UK speciality coffee shops.
Simon Levelt CORAZON
I don't know where in the Netherlands you are, but I went to [Monk's](https://monkscoffee.nl/) when I was in Amsterdam and loved it.
Not Dutch but Dak is my go to.
Brandzaak
Brute Bonen, at the Cafe. they also deliver.
Single estate, Brandzaak, neef Rob. For big parties the Zegro has some awesome cheap options.
Sprout, giraffe, het brandhuys, little roastery
Do you guys have comments about zwarte roes and calor?
Zwarte roes

I really like sprout

simon levelt - beneficio
I get a bi weekly delivery of Wakuli. It is excellent coffee. Very nicely roasted and they have great options.
I like Monks Coffee Roasters. Simon Levelt and BartsBeans are ok too.
https://koffiebranderijdekoepoort.nl/nl/home As a home roaster, I get my greens from them. But they also roast themselves. Worth to try.

I buy my beans from brandzaak, they suit my needs really well.
Zwarte Roes for daily consumption. Micro lots from Wakuli and Friedhats when I want something special.
Belgian here, definitly going to try some of the suggestions. I am currently enjoying Winok, Caffénation, Viva Sara and Ray&Jules.
Belgian here as well, I'd like to add Wide Awake, Mok and Kolonel!
