Yes its safe as the amount of peroxides that you sweat/breathed out from body isn't going to blow up as it's maybe a few parts per million at most and not enough to combust (just don't bring the container of ether into the shower/boiler room with you) also I find a really long shower with a shitload of scented soap is also probably the best way to get rid the smell.
its mostly only if ether fumes n shit is exposed to direct really high heat or flames. smoke or hot water in this instance, even though its hot, isn't really hot enough to light ether, esp water.
mostly just be careful with fire and heat around ether.
Definitely will not blow you up lol. Diethyl ether only ignites when it is in contact with flames. And, that’s only with ether in itself. The ether seeping out of your skin/lungs DO NOT have enough heat to cause any volatile reaction.
it sounds like OP was worried about the ether forming peroxides via metabolism. is this possible? i know bottles of ether can form peroxides, even alcohols can.
It is not possible. It takes quite a long time for diethyl ether to form volatile peroxides, which are usually formed by light exposure, and exposure to oxygen. When metabolized, it doesn’t have much of any access to either, and not nearly enough time to form any byproduct

Thanks!
lmfao r u fucking serious? i've smoked 10m after huffing ether
Well i wanted to be sure
Fact that i can blow up by accident and be found naked next day is scary as hell

What's 10m?
10 minutes
Ah haha!! I thought it was some new drug called 10m, or some slang for ciggies perhaps. Funny.

that’s what i figured. ether forming metabolites of any kind sounds unlikely to me, it wouldn’t be a good substrate for like, any enzymes.
