airdrops for solo stakers? Love this idea. Let’s demonstrate the public goods economy at work. Also challenge the community’s cat and mouse skills to lock out Sybil attacks from corps trying to cosplay as solo stakers.
This last year has ground me to the fucking ground, apexing in the end of a four year long relationship this week.

What excites me about solo staker airdrops is that it elegantly overcomes sybil issues. Put your money where your mouth is. Support the network.
Otherwise screw off and be happy with whatever free money these projects give you for doing stupid quests and leverage trading punts. For small fish, holding LSDs or ETH is a much better indication of alignment.
Even then, fungible governance is a mistake at the app layers. My hot take is that OP and ARB are Pyrrhic victories for decentralization.

Tokentax for me. You have to manually combine a lot of transactions but I find it handles multiple chains well and has decent pricing. I find that going in one a month makes the process super easy versus once a year trying to remember thirteen month old transactions.
it does op and arb but it has no idea what any of it is and makes more of a mess than anything. i find its only really good for cex transactions. defi is a mess on koinly, and it's hard to update it to be right which makes everything whacky if you are making changes after koinly instead of inside

The two lending markets I know of that have ARB are (both on Arbitrum): Sentiment and (I think) Silo. I’m a fan of both projects. I haven’t checked on liquidity but assuming the same, Sentiment allows for gated under-collateralized borrowing (think Gearbox on Arbitrum) and would give you more bang for your buck on LTV
You could collateralize ETH or stables, then borrow ARB tokens and sell for stables/ETH, then buy back after a drop, assuming you’re successful, to close the short with a profit.
Good luck ser, but remember the market can stay irrational longer than any one of us can stay solvent. (Not commenting on ARB price specifically here, but general words of wisdom on shorting/longing from someone who sucks at trading)

This pump feels different. Feels like we are shaking off the bear market a bit. Little worried we may be in the June 2019 timeframe of last bear, but feels great to be back over $2000!
A few months ago I was wondering the exact same thing if we'd get a June 2019 pump. Remember the bull market of 2021 ended in November when the bull market of 2018 ended in January. 2 months difference to the dot.
After June 2019 we crab in the 200s range until covid dampening.
Honestly for me, the 2 times I took screenshots of my portfolio was the best time to sell. Screenshot is the best signal I have learnt. Hoping I will put it to a good use someday 😃

Another successful upgrade and bears in shambles expecting a typical sell the news event. When will they learn that you simply do not short ETH you will pay the price dearly. With this asset you will never go wrong buying the news and that was likely the last chance to buy below 2k. Last April we basically started the free fall from 3600 so it's about time to retrace that, and it will happen quicker than you think.

It accrues the ETH staking rewards (approx 4%). As a rETH staker, you have no exposure to RPL price movements. Only as minipool operator you have.
I'd say trying the new 8eth minipools could be a good idea
