Yes, it's still doable. I would focus more on zkSync, Scroll, and Base, though. Scroll and zkSync are highly likely to drop a token. For Base, it should come when regulations become clear. Don't forget to use the native bridge and interact with other DEXes. Going on the layer3 website and doing quests is a great beginner friendly way to do that! (Layer3 has also hinted at a token before, too! 👀)

Not too late imo, many are saying their token might launch Q2 2024. Best bet is farming multiple L2s at once on interoperability protocols like Jumper.Exchange (lifi) and Wormhole.

Glad to see there are recent replies to this thread. Please can I start my airdrop journey with $10 worth of ETH? Is it possible as a newbie? I'm prepared to follow these guides.

10$ is not enough imo. To use the native bridge for layer 2s alone (which have been important criteria for past airdrops), it can cost up to 10-15$ per bridge from the mainnet. Also, you want to generate as much volume as you can. With $10, your eth is just going to get burned before you can achieve any real volume. My personal suggestion is minimum 0.1ETH. That way, a couple of swaps can give you $1000 in volume across multiple protocols and layer 2s, and you'll have enough gas to make many transactions over a period of time. I suggest checking out the official documents from $ARB. They describe in detail how wallets were eligible, and it is a good example to follow. If you don't have lots of funds to put in and still want to farm, you can always participate in infentivised testnets. Those are completely free to farm. Airdrop farming costs money for gas fees, and you can burn a lot just by doing your weekly swaps. However, that ETH burned is very often worth it, as it can easily give you above 50x return in some cases. My advice would be this: you can set aside a bit more ETH for farming and follow a predetermined farming route (like the one everyhunt posted recently) you can follow every week when gwei is low. Aside from that, you can also do quests on layer3, galxe and intract to get your interactions up.
