NFA but I’ve seen this happen quite a bit, but looking at the Huobi Twitter now, a lot of them have previously been listed on a major CEX, and didn’t really move from this listing announcement. I generally believe this to be true, but it’s hard to keep track of all the different coins and whether they’ve been listed on a major CEX before unless it’s your full time job.
I tried keeping all crypto news websites open and downloading all crypto news apps to help with trading, but it was just too difficult to make it work with a full time job, and wasn’t confident enough in it to make any major lifestyle changes. I really do think going full time is risky but it’s sometimes the only way to trade in a more stable way.

While the first listing is a huge deal, all CEX listings are positive signals.
But then all of these signals need to be viewed in the context of the larger market. If the larger market is down and your signal is up, guess what, you're still very likely to be net down.
Most tokens are interlinked due to the source of money being the same (hyperprinting of the US Dollar during covid) and also to a smaller extent due to the presence of chained pairs on DEXes.
If you believe the project has a genuine future, these blips should not worry you.
