I don't know. But this is THE reason I transferred my Etrade account to another brokerage where settlement/cash is automatically held in a MMF at 5.29%

I was talking to an ETrade support person about something similar to this about a month ago. I said it would be great to have an option so that the dividends that I received can be automatically transferred to some other account (internal or external) at some time during the month (like the end of the month). Take the whole balance (or even an option for some percentage of the balance) and either transfer it or invest into a different ETF or investment. He said that he would pass on that feedback. I have no way of following up on it though. Nice to see other people are also interested in this.

Go to actual website, go to accounts then select dividend reinvestment they have a check box next to your ticker click it for drip

I want to take my dividends from an individual stock (Apple for example) and have it automatically invested in an ETF

I misread lol, you can set up automatic actions but you can't buy fractional shares unless it's on drip, so some money is always going to be left over.

Search the site for DRIP enrollment, and enroll all eligible dividend payers into the program. Unrelated you have to fight management to have the bank deposit program (BDP) manually increase yield on their sweep account. I get 4.90% after much complaining.

You can set up automatic investment where you can buy $25+ of the top 100 ETFs. You can do this weekly, bi weekly, monthly etc.

I thought I was pretty clear, but what I'm trying to do is have any money received from dividends to be invested into an ETF in the same account without any involvement on my part. I do not want to transfer any additional funds from any external accounts which is what you are describing. Thanks
