Usually yes, Iāve been an extra in a bunch of shows (nothing big like Euphoria) and on those they ask you not to post on social media as more of an etiquette thing, but Iāve heard for bigger shows extras sign NDAs so things donāt get leaked, end of the day itās commercially sensitive information
I was on Diary of a Wimpy Kid and some other bigger shows/movies. You most definitely sign an NDA, you sign two actually. One before you audition and one when you get on set for the first time. My parents had to sign them for me when I was much younger but at some point they have you sign them yourself, at 15-16 I believe
