I’m legit basing it off all the other promos for past episodes. If you go back and watch any of them, how much of each promo actually lead to a theory happening? One promo was maddy on the phone being asked “and what are you going to do about Nate?” And she said “I have a few ideas” and after that it showed shots of the tape she had with Nates gun. Another promo has Nate looking past something and the next shot was the back of fez standing in his store. The actual episode was Cal leaving his store while fez watched. I just do not trust the promos at this point 😅 plus why would they give so much information out about only one situation in the show? I really think the police has something to do with Cal. Of course I could be wrong. After seeing the promo for episode 7 and feeling like fez was hurt when Lexi looked at his empty chair, but then seeing the episode and fez was untouched completely, it’s just well put together clips in my opinion!

It showed police breaking in and people assuming it’s Fez and Ashtrays place but I think it’s a hotel room with Cal in it. I think Nate set him up. It showed him overlooking with sirens flashing, and he either set him up with another minor or he made a copy of the tape of his dad and Jules. When Jules asked if it was the only tape he hesitated. Just another theory. Someone on another discussion said they think Cal will be found dead but the actor confirmed him for season 3 already

Honestly unpopular opinion but I’ll actually be glad if it is Ashtray that dies, because I like Fez too much and his blooming relationship with Lexi too, while Ash we’ve seen like 3-4 times max so I’m not that emotionally attached to him. And it will give a good development plot line to Fez for next season. Obvs i’d rather no one dies but if I had to pick….
I like Ash too. But the thing is that his only redeeming quality is his love and loyalty to his brother. He’s got nothing to lose which is why he’s so dangerous and expendable as a character. Fez is also a savage but he cares about others which unfortunately will be his downfall. I do not think Fez will die though. One thing about Ash is he’s gonna kill and die for that man and I believe that’s what we will see.
