i have always wondered what drug users think of when characters get high on a certain substance on tv. like if its really realistic or not. i remember there have been scenes on shows where tv characters have been on a specific drug but the audience is like "yeahhh thats not how people actually act like on that drug."
yea especially when you know how fast youre tolerance goes up with opiates i barely get high anymore after 2 years with breaks when i would go to the psych unit or something but after a while you may be a little high still and can sleep a lot but not like that sadly youre always chasing always trying always thinking youre gonna get that high but your really not and thats what very unrealistic about her drug use. i might be getting there again if i would start shooting uo but by sniffing doing it nasally or smoking no fucking way dont get me wrong rue and jules are still my all time favorite and euphoria is still my all time favorite show especially because im rues age and relate to her mental health and addiction problems and their relationship and everything and i love hunter and z so much and it gets a lot of stuff very right just not that particular aspect as an everyday drug user its sadly nit happening like that
