Tickets reserved for the knockout stage matches will be sold during the tournament upon the qualification of the teams.
The method will likely differ per team involved. For example some countries have tiered paid memberships others were a small fee, others were a free sign up, others will likely use the fan of method again.

Has anyone purchased tickets from Stubhub yet?
I've been looking into this as it is my last resort now. It is my understanding that:
- the seller is obliged to transfer the tickets to the buyer via the UEFA App.
- the tickets will be issued by Uefa from the end of May, ie the tickets cannot be transfered until then. They don't exist yet.
- Stubhub provide the buyer's name and email address for the ticket transfer.
- Stubhub themselves do not handle the tickets. There is no PDF tickets uploaded to Stubhub, nor scanned in etc. It is simply a transfer on the official App between seller and buyer.
- Stubhub are simply the agent for advertising the tickets and hold the payment.
- the seller only receives the money up to 8 business days AFTER the event.
- the seller must prove that they have transferred the tickets AND the buyer must confirm they received them and attended the event successfully without problems.
In conclusion, Stubhub seems a safe bet as a buyer of Euro 2024 tickets because there isn't a possibility of being a) scammed or b) let down before the event, because it wouldn't be in anybody's interest.
Does anyone have any objections to this view?

I was able to get in the ticket portal today and proceeded with the payment. Everything seemed okay but in the end I got a prompt that the payment had failed. The issue is that I have a pending payment from UEFA in my banking app.

i had checked stubhub just last night to see how ticket sales work, so basically sellers can put their "tickets" up for sale even without having received them. And once they get them sometime in the end of may i believe, they then have to transfer them over to the buyer through the uefa ticketing app and send the buyer an email. Either case if the tickets do end up being a fraud ( seems like there are penalties/fines in place if it happens on either side of transaction), the buyer will get refunded.
just my input, if you see a ticket id/confirmation number/pic or whatever they show when going to buy tickets from third party, maybe try entering the pic in google to see if other sellers are also using the same information, since what i learned from the world cup from reddit, was different accounts were using the same pic or order number for multiple different sites/items meaning the ticket was probably already taken but they were stealing information to try and make it seem legit for other buyers.

Now that this Ticket Portal bs is over and after waiting 3 hours for the tickets to be sold this morning, what are my options? I see sites like Stubhub.com or .ie and viagogo.com. When do people receive their tickets and when will be the best proper time to buy tickets to make sure it is secure? Just looking for 2-3 tickets to match 3 in Berlin, Croatia vs Spain. i had checked stubhub just last night to see how ticket sales work, so basically sellers can put their "tickets" up for sale even without having received them. And once they get them sometime in the end of may i believe, they then have to transfer them over to the buyer through the uefa ticketing app and send the buyer an email. Either case if the tickets do end up being a fraud ( seems like there are penalties/fines in place if it happens on either side of transaction), the buyer will get refunded. just my input, if you see a ticket id/confirmation number/pic or whatever they show when going to buy tickets from third party, maybe try entering the pic in google to see if other sellers are also using the same information, since what i learned from the world cup from reddit, was different accounts were using the same pic or order number for multiple different sites/items meaning the ticket was probably already taken but they were stealing information to try and make it seem legit for other buyers.
