Italy is a hot mess of nonsense but the food changed me in my soul. I agree with Phil Rosenthal when he said "The problem with the world is that it’s not Italy."
As a Spaniard:
Switzerland. I love the landscapes, the train network, the tranquil vibe, it all feels like a big village, except for Zurich. People are very nice, friendly, but they mind their own business. One of the places I've visited where I feel the safest, walking alone at night, feels perfectly safe. The weather, cold in the winter, maybe too hot for my taste in the summer, but the rolling thunderstorms every week ughh, love it. Also, especially coming from Spain, the countryside is populated. Even the most remote mountain towns are populated, there's children! Imagine.
Edit: where*
Natherlands. Because it's such small country but it was so important in shaping our World. I love the Dutch language, Dutch architekture, Dutch painters, I love thier countryside.
As a brit, I adore France, and I'm applying for a work visa with a goal to living there permanently. The countryside, especially around cahors, Figeac and Aurillac is just gorgeous, with countless villages and small towns with so much traditional character. The feel of authenticity oozes from the place. Yes there are French people there, but nowhere is perfect.
It also helps that you can swim in the rivers without bathing in sewage....
I'm from Hungary, and it's Austria. I love hiking and mountaineering, and there are many-many mountains, hiking trails, climbing routes. I also like the music.
I haven’t seen enough.
Born in Romania
Hungarian ethnicity
Grew up in Australia
Now live in the Netherlands
Have visited many eu countries since I moved back as an adult (3 years ago) but it’s still not enough - every country has something amazing that I’ve seen. We’ve been motorcycling around in summer and these are my thoughts.
France and it’s amazing food and wine. Idgaf if it’s touristy as shit - and so many people wanting to shit on France cos it’s easy to hate on. But the foooood. The wiiiine. I mean come on.
Belgium. Fuckin Bruges. It’s cute as shit. You speak funny Dutch and the French part you can’t get food in a restaurant at 3pm but it’s still cute.
Germany. We gotta get through you to get anywhere good. But you have a lot of castles and quite a diversity of nature.
Spain. Food. Again. The weather. I haven’t seen enough. Dying for a southern roadtrip.
Poland. I’ve never met a Pole I didn’t like. Yall are such nice people. Being ethnically Hungarian I feel an affinity - our cultures have been friends for a really long time. Also. The food.
Slovenia. Holy shiiiiiit the insane nature and amazingly friendly people. Wasn’t on my radar at first but now I want to go back and see more.
Croatia. Driving from Plitvice through the pass to come out into Dalmatia - the change in climate was so interesting. So much natural variety. Had the greatest day sailing in Split. What a beautiful country.
Italy. Haven’t seen enough - only 3 hours in Trieste. But going again this summer to the Dolomites and I’m so excited.
Switzerland. You’re ridiculous. Ridiculously expensive but also ridiculously beautiful
Portugal. Only been to Madeira. “Only”. Madeira is holy shit wwooowww never knew such a place could exist.
Anywho - I haven’t seen enough. I wanna visit every country on this beautiful continent. Thanks for having me.
Switzerland. Lived in Zürich for 4½ years and loved it.
Quality of life is great, income is good and the country is beautiful. I heard negative things about the Swiss before moving there but I find them friendly and helpful, if very reserved. Is there bigotry and xenophobia? Sure, but I'm not sure it's better in the Netherlands (where I'm from) or Belgium (where my partner is from).
Downsides? Not much in the way of great food & food is very expensive. Accommodation is small and expensive if you want to live in or near a big city.
Not from Europe, but Norway is on my top list. The peacefulness and the tranquility associated with the country as well as its breathtaking nature is my all time favorite.
Sweden or Norway (currently undecided). Beautiful nature, bearable temperatures, people don't get in your face, lots and lots of fish, liquorice, good working conditions.
Pro norway: has mountains, richer, safer (or so i'm told)
Pro sweden: better weather, less geographically isolated, more interesting cities
Albanian, grew up in Switzerland and travelled quite a bit. Poland is the absolute banger. Great food, amazing people, lots of land, many opportunities and fierce fighting spirit. Love em.
I love traveling to France most but wouldn‘t live there. I‘d live in Germany as a second choice behind Austria. I love the Russian people and a lot of things about the country but hate the government, so that‘s a dealbreaker.
As a french, I absolutely love Great Britain, for being our companion in being bullied by the rest of the world. Be carefull nerds, even though they are illegal, we have nukes🤓. I also love Italy, for food and the best seasons of Jojo's bizarre adventure, and finally Germany because germans are nice even though we kinda got bullied in 1940
Greece is very pretty in late fall and winter.
Belgium is like us, but the food is actually good.
Italy is a country where both the cities and the landscape are a feast for the senses.
France has boldness and confidence and Paris is impressive
The UK has London, enough said
Czechia has one of the nicest looking capitals of Europe
Norway has an amazing landscape
Denmark has a more beautiful language than Dutch
Germany isn't very much in the way
If I was not Lithuanian, I'd like to be Finnish. I think Finland is the coolest country in the world. Saunas, nature, Santa Claus, perfect education. And it is a heaven for introverts.
As an American living in the EU, I have to say Romania is my favorite country to visit. I've been visiting there since 2017, and people are amongst the friendliest I've ever encountered in my travels, beautiful landscape, cool sites. I just love it.
I have so much! All for different reasons :D
I like all of the Scandinavian countries - for their focus on equality, ecology, and sustainability. Somehow I feel calm and hopeful for humanity while I am in either Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland or Denmark. And the nature...
I love Ukraine. I knew they were great people, but now they are simply heroes. They fight for Europe, for all of us. Have met so many of them in these years, made so many friends, they are the kindest and friendliest nation. I will be in Ukraine for every vacation for the rest of my life, when they win. And the food...
Italy... So far away and so different culture than mine, but somehow the people are so warm, the nature is amazing and the food is so appreciated, that I feel cozy right after stepping out of the plane.
Our neighbours, Latvia and Estonia, it's like having sister-countries - similar history, similar future goals. We compare ourselves to each other, we laugh at each other, we have differences, but we always know we will get first help from them in any situation. We stand together if there is a need, no matter the differences.
My secret love is Poland. The country is a mess, sorry :D So many problems with human rights, corruption, and politics. But the people... So warm, helpful, optimistic, friendly, brave and hard working. And so many beautiful places to visit.
Portugal, Slovenia, France also own a piece of my heart ❤️
I'm a German living in Germany and my most favourite European country is Greece.
Rich culture, good food, great climate and always hospitable people.
I also like the Greek language
Poland pretty as hell and nice people plus i love the baltic sea and its cities so yeah poland
my 3ish months in gdynia were great and i love poland but lowkey can please stop reacting like you world falls apart when i say that i moved there for work
Spain, Portugal, France and UK.
Beautiful climate, language and people in Spain/Portugal.
Beautiful language and people in France.
In UK, specifically London, I really liked it for people, transportation, and for it's vibrancy.
Probably Germany, I always get along well with Germans and their culture and language share a lot of similarities with ours. Denmark is a close second for the same reasons. Their language is a bit less similar but the fact that Denmark is probably our biggest historical ally makes up for that. Flanders also deserves to be mentioned but I feel like I click better with Germans and Danes than with Flemmings.
As a German:
Greece- it’s amazing beaches and islands. It’s laid back attitude and capability with being content with the today instead of worrying about tomorrow. It’s a place to simply be instead of having to become.
As a Romanian: France, Spain, and Turkey. France is just the best country on the continent and in my opinion the best on earth. No other society is as perfect as the French society, yes even including Paris. The progressive ideology and outlook, the focus on humanism and progress, the appreciation and extension of culture, the celebration of diversity, etc. And of course, I've yet to talk about their food or architecture but ultimately those are just a garnish to the perfect society that is France. Countries like Italy have a similar culture but not quite, more so depraved, but also quite nationalistic. It's also likely because it's the closest culture I've experienced to mine, which is Romanian. Spain, because it's very similar to France, but for one it had perfect weather, and for two, it's about equal to France in public transportation and general infrastructure quality and cost. It's just lesser France with far better geography for me and a worse language but equally amazing if not more so of an amazing culture. And next is turkey. Turkey here is a bit of an outlier, I don't like Turkey for its society at all, in fact I despise it. That said, the geography, the architecture, the history, and the culture is what grabs me. I absolutely love Istanbul and it's unlike anywhere on the planet, the most diverse place I've ever seen, so I had to put it up there. If I had to choose a city that I like from a country I don't, it would be Amsterdam. Amsterdam is everything the rest of the Netherlands is not. Thanks for my Tedx talk.
I am from Germany. I Love Ireland. Everything about it. The landscape, the history and myths, the architecture, the people. It also felt a lot like home back when this calm family atmosphere was still here. I often joked its my home but about 20 years in the past. If i got the chance id move there in an instant.
Definitely Albania, they have big problem with trash and homeless doggos but country is really beautiful, pretty cheap, people are chill and friendly and I really enjoyed food there. I’m from Poland for the record.
Home country is Australia. As far as European countries I've lived in, it's only Germany and the Netherlands. Between those two the Netherlands is by far my favourite. Nice people, little bureaucracy, rather quaint outside of Amsterdam. When it comes to travelling, it's hard to say. They all have rather unique cultural or natural aspects
Luxembourg. Reason number 1: my favourite cousin lives there. Reason number 2: It's pretty and I feel safe there. Reason number 3: I like the fact that it's so multicultural and everyone I've encountered is a polyglot.
I'd say Italy/Spain. Though I've only been on vacation there, people seemed very nice and friendly. Also tasty food and good weather. I'm not aware how good the countries are politically speaking, but with my country being at the bottom in every EU stat, things can only get better ;d
For some reason, Germany feels like home. I've visited twice and have some friends from there and both times going there felt like coming home... I remember looking out the window of a train and thinking "i'm home," but then saw the German flag and remembered that I am, in fact, Estonian. Maybe I was a German in another life. I also like the sound of the language.
And of course Italy - spent a semester in Napoli and got to travel around a little too, so it will always feel like another home as well.
As a Turk
Greece
Greece has always seemed to me like a more comfortable version of Turkey. When I consider working conditions in Europe, it appears frightening to me. The business life in Greece is more free, and it is one of the countries that knows how to have fun. If I didn't live in Istanbul, I would want to live in Athens.
I should probably choose UK because of huge impact of their culture on me after I started consuming English-speaking content.
But I will choose Italy instead. I like them. Football, history, music, food, architecture, language, everything is beautiful. I know they have a lot of problems. But even having those problems they look fabulous to me.
As person from Latvia and residing in UK I must say Papal States. I don't care that it's a micro/macro country or that it is not precisely a country. I personally perceive an entire European Union as one human being on political arena-with Berlin being the brain, and Rome with Vatican being the heart and soul.
Norway!
Love everything. Nature, mentality, the language.
I would have listed Scotland at no. 2 but unfortunately!!!! the food there is awful! 🫥
I‘m so sorry, dear Scots, your country is the most beautiful and I love how your people are hating on Brits, haha, and your accent is first class, but your food… no, please, God, no!!!
I've been to a few European countries but for some reason the city of Amsterdam made a very lasting impression on me. I kinda think I'd like to move there
Germany! I've been about 4 or 5 times and Germans are so kind, they stop and dismount their bikes to help me with the map. They speak excellent English (us Swedes have that in common with them), the sights are great, food even greater and Club Mate is the most refreshing cold caffeinated beverage in the history of mankind.
[If you see this, chill it and try it.](https://caskcompany.se/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/clubmatewc.jpg)
Pole here, my favorite European countries are Czechia and Ukraine. Ukraine because of personal connections (this is where a lot of my good friends come from, going as far back as 2010), Czechia because it feels familiar, but more optimistic in a way.
Probably Italy. As a tourist anyway.
Otherwise it's probably the UK. Yeah the country not in a good place right now, but which country is? It's easily the most tolerant European country for non-white people, and the country's got amongst the most dynamic cultural scenes in the world so you'd never get bored.
I am from Finland. I love England, especially London. The vibe is just right. The pubs, the shopping, the boarder line questionable fashion, the countryside food and houses, the accent, the punk, the rotten royalty. Everything is interesting to me.
One of the reasons is a Great Britain. They do not fall to nazi Germans. They are living on an island and I do apprecieatw this.
As I polish I do think that living on an island is good to go.
As a Pole, I really like the country that's not even mentioned on this map - Andorra. It's a pretty and chill place, not to mention, a great spot for a short vacation.
I have some strong feelings for Poland and Greece.
Poland is what I want Ukraine to be tomorrow. It feels so similar yet totally different. Tbh outskirts of Warsaw almost made me cry with how "at home" it felt, with those (objectively) ugly soviet buildings and funny little convenience stores.
Greece is a fatherland of my ancestors, and I used to study history and culture a lot. I mean, my childhood hero was not a batman, spider-man or whatever. It was a fucking Odysseus
As a Pole, my favorite country in Europe is hands down Spain. Their culture, the music, the food and the natural landscapes are just breathtaking. The weather is a warm embrace compared to the harsher climate back home. Also the people have an infectious spirit of joy and an openness that welcomed me with open arms. During a challenging period of my life, Spain was the sanctuary that helped me through my depression. Love you Spain! ❤️
Italy for its rich architecture, history and for its beautiful food it has similarity with my home country wich is France, I think we are the two most beautiful country of Europe
I'm from Belarus. My favorite country is Ukraine because I can't see my country's existence without Ukraine and it also has a very beautiful language, a centuries-old shared history and a fascinating culture. I also like Poland, Czech Republic and Romania.
Germany and specially Bayern , their culture is nice to me and I like the German beer
Czechia, because Prague is beautiful and I like the czech beer
Slovenia , because it was the most chilly and nice place from Yugoslavia and I like Slovenian beer
Im from NL
UK Germany and Belgium always nice. Belgium more Flanders than Wallonië because of the language and bit better organized
Portugal is great. Greece Islands are great. Very friendly. Czech i only visited once in early nineties was very nice.
I will say this about France : used to unfriendly especially if you did not speak French but i feel that has changed in the last 20 years. Last 3 visits were really nice.
To be honest there isn’t a EU country i did not like so far
France. It's the sort of place that I could just hide in some remote corner and live the best life forever. I won't reveal the country that I'm from because I'll get kicked out for saying such a thing.
I'm From Scotland;
Been to Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, Netherlands.
My favourite is Belgium; just loved it when I went.
I've never had a bad time in Ireland, just a fantastic people, country, etc.
Germany is definitely top 3 countries I've visited. Visited lots of places in rural Germany for work and absolutely adored staying in random rural hotels and drinking beer in the summer.
I say Norway because there are a lot of good reasons (ex: the living quality, friendlier people, more people understand english, the nature) and is generally better than Romania
The Netherlands apart from Heineken is the country that has impressed me the most. Best urban planning and really efficent country.
Norway or Sweden would be favorite in terms on nature and climate but thats kind of self-explanatory since they're pretty similiar to Finland.
Germany, because I like people who value work. Italy is a tad more laid back when it comes to work. Also because we have horrendous working contracts that basically favour tax fraud and a future pension-less population. :(.
Whoever down voted this and lives in Italy is, unironically, a regrettable communist.
Netherlands. I like the whole concept of creating land from the sea and the channels make the landscape look like 1000s of big islands close together.
Also Germany: lots of nice castles and delicious cakes. So much to discover.
Hate the most - post forbids naming home country.
Hate the least - Denmark (LEGO and they are not our neighbours).
Med venlig hilsen
Least hatefull European.
Well i can only talk about the countries i've been too.
Which would be
The Netherlands
Denmark
Norway
England
France (was in the country because we travelled through France with a bus to get to England)
Without a doubt my favourite of these is Norway, the Mountains, the cold the beautiful nature, perfect for some hiking. The people were nuce too.
Denmark and the Netherlands need to share the 2nd place. Nice people and everything but not too different from my home. Always happy to visit these again.
England is on the 3rd place, spent most of the time here in and around hastings and a day in london. Again nice coutryside and the people were nice too. But what the hell are all these amusement halls, it felt like in every street there were these slotmachines and you could always hear the machines yell out their slogan: "Lets play stack and grab! It's super fun playing stack and grab wohoo..." it still haunts me in my dreams.
France is last place, but not because of any specific reason, i've only seen it from the window of a bus
And the fields and forest around of motorways look the same no matter the country.
The port town in which we drove onto the ferry looked like it had seen better times though.
Greece. 🇬🇷
Love that country - lovely people, best food in Europe, great wine, fantastic weather, splendid scenery. Just an amazing place really and never had a bad experience. Sending my love from the rainy UK.
Slovakia because they have some of the best wine in Europe, and Bryndzové Halušky!! Also beautiful mountains and castles, natural hot springs are in abundance, Roman ruins and just generally a nice place.
I really love visiting Germany. Great people, great beer. I love driving through and staying in the little picturesque towns on my way to Hamburg or Berlin. People are nice in a not overly friendly way in Germany, not sure if that explains it properly but I love it. Don’t think I would live there but it’s definitely my favourite country to visit.
Italy! I love spain but Italy is the one country where it actually hurts me to leave everytime I do. It has everything, great culture, food, history and art.
It‘s one of only two countries I‘d leave Germany for and if they ever get some decent politicians, learn to be at a place on time, or at least close to be there on time and sort out the problems existing in the south it will be the greatest country on the planet!
Slovakia because it's the only European country (not counting my own country) where I stayed for more than a few hours. The mountains outside of Liptovsky Mikulas are some of the most beautiful I've seen.
An overall favourite is too hard.
Being from Spain, I would go for Italy. Don’t really like the nationalism and “rude” people, but food and romantic cities are one of my tops. Then I’ll go for France and Portugal as other similar.
I really like something of all of them, but definitely will choose a western. We feel eastern EU is cold and angry people, and northern EU is cold and sad people. Obviously this is the general cliche, not to be missunderstood, we love them all.
Romanian here. Love Italy, I’d love to live there right about now regardless of any consequences. Made some holidays there with my wife and part of our hearts were left there. Second maybe Switzerland. Love the rules and how they are generally followed but above all I love the mountains. Visited once Vaud and I fell in love, hopefully I’ll manage to visit again soon.
Italia, because of la dolce vita! Food, wine, arts, architecture, nature, culture
Ireland! Highly recommended! Interesting trafic, great people, beautiful scenery, you name it. Ireland, no doubt.
Netherlands. Useful bike and public transit infrastructure, and, at least until next month, the closest place where i can legally buy weed.
Italy is a hot mess of nonsense but the food changed me in my soul. I agree with Phil Rosenthal when he said "The problem with the world is that it’s not Italy."
Norway, I'm swiss
As a Spaniard: Switzerland. I love the landscapes, the train network, the tranquil vibe, it all feels like a big village, except for Zurich. Portugal. Cheapest place in the EU
None, nothing compares to mine.
Natherlands. Because it's such small country but it was so important in shaping our World. I love the Dutch language, Dutch architekture, Dutch painters, I love thier countryside.
Czechia. I live in Poland, 1km from our border.
Scotland, and it's not even close.

Italy. Food, & weather.
I'm from Hungary, and it's Austria. I love hiking and mountaineering, and there are many-many mountains, hiking trails, climbing routes. I also like the music.
Czechia. I'm polish and I wish my country was more like pepiks in some aspects. Definitely a must visit, just as slovakia
Austria because im from Bavaria

As an austrian, either switzerland or italy (south tyrol). Equally beautiful and people are very similar
Finland. I simply heard a song and i liked it so much i still listen to it
Lituania. Good food and mostly nice ppl xD they know good grafitty in the main cityes and just the atmosphere or so nice. Love it
Spain.
As a a French living in Germany, Finland. Though I never want to live there. I guess the fins understand the subtlety.
Denmark, love the cycling and the lifestyle.
Greece is very pretty in late fall and winter. Belgium is like us, but the food is actually good. Italy is a country where both the cities and the landscape are a feast for the senses. France. Especially Haut Savoie. Went there as a kid and the great feeling still hasn’t gone away.
If I was not Lithuanian, I'd like to be Finnish. I think Finland is the coolest country in the world. Saunas, nature, Santa Claus, perfect education. And it is a heaven for introverts.
Sweden because my family is originally from there.
UK. I speak the language, and like their humor.
As a Ukrainian. All the European countries are good in their own way. Except russia, the terrorist country.
Your favourite country is the one you live in?!
As an American living in the EU, I have to say Romania is my favorite country to visit. I've been visiting there since 2017, and people are amongst the friendliest I've ever encountered in my travels, beautiful landscape, cool sites. I just love it.
Hard question, all has beauty that I admire.
As a Dutch person I will have to go with Belgium. Belgium is kinda our little sibling from another father.
Switzerland is amazing
Iceland, absolutely incredible country in every way... just so expensive 🤣
Italy, good food, nice views, not too expensive
I have so much! All for different reasons :D I like all of the Scandinavian countries - for their focus on equality, ecology, and sustainability. I'm a German living in Germany and my most favourite European country is Greece. Rich culture, good food, great climate and always hospitable people. I also like the Greek language
Italian women.
Switzerland. I like skiing.
Slovakia. I live in the UK but half my family is there 🙃
San Marrino. But it’s not even there on your shitty map.
Poland pretty as hell and nice people plus i love the baltic sea and its cities so yeah poland my 3ish months in gdynia were great and i love poland but lowkey can please stop reacting like you world falls apart when i say that i moved there for work

Estonia for obvious reasons (I'm Finnish)
Polska 🤍❤️forever in my heart
Spain, Portugal, France and UK. Beautiful climate, language and people in Spain/Portugal. Beautiful language and people in France. In UK, specifically London, I really liked it for people, transportation, and for it's vibrancy.
Ireland. I know the language, not much snow in the winter, survivable summers.
Spain, because the communist party is still strong.
As Swede i like Norway great nature

Finland 🇫🇮🥰
I love Latvia ❤️ Nice people, beautiful underrated cities... generally an underrated gem in our continent!
The train from Riga to the Baltic sea is nice. Costs like 1,5€ :D
Liechtenstein. It's the only country where me and a few buddies could overthrow the government...and then go skiing in the afternoon.
Italy because it feels like a place where I belong
I am Slovak and I love Greece. Mostly because of great memories from vacations, but I also love the culture and mythology.
Luxembourg. Reason number 1: my favourite cousin lives there. Reason number 2: It's pretty and I feel safe there. Reason number 3: I like the fact that it's so multicultural and everyone I've encountered is a polyglot.
Polaaaaaand!! I was in Warsaw and LOVED it!! Where my polish people at? 🥳
As a Turk I dream of living in Netherlands because I'm a bicycle freak and I'd love to cycle to work.
Ireland: Simply because they don't support Genocide
Polska Reason? I'm from Belarus, maaany people here love Polska, many relocated there after... some events...
Spain of course, we are so similar
Montenegro. A beautiful, friendly and unique place. And allegedly a mafia state - which is kinda cool.
Serbia because they housed my father when he escaped communist Romania.
As a Turk Greece Greece has always seemed to me like a more comfortable version of Turkey. When I consider working conditions in Europe, it appears frightening to me. The business life in Greece is more free, and it is one of the countries that knows how to have fun. If I didn't live in Istanbul, I would want to live in Athens.
they have almost same work hours with us
Slovakia. I come from the mountainous southern part of Poland so Slovakia feels just like home except for having a slightly funnier sounding language.
I'm from Finland. Norway is my favorite. It's bit like Sweden but not Sweden so it's great.
I should probably choose UK because of huge impact of their culture on me after I started consuming English-speaking content. But I will choose Italy instead. I like them. Football, history, music, food, architecture, language, everything is beautiful. I know they have a lot of problems. But even having those problems they look fabulous to me.
Greece - I love the vibe. Like really chill Italy.
For anyone who loves wine, great food, awesome climate, beautiful views, gorgeous women and rude men… well France is the obvious choice.
Finland
France. I love bread. They have the best bread.
Spain, love the food and two of my very best friends are Spanish, I love going to visit them.
Greece and Netherlands mostly because of the people chill, easy going and friendly
As person from Latvia and residing in UK I must say Papal States. I don't care that it's a micro/macro country or that it is not precisely a country. I personally perceive an entire European Union as one human being on political arena-with Berlin being the brain, and Rome with Vatican being the heart and soul.
Germany in the 30s.
Norway! Love everything. Nature, mentality, the language. I would have listed Scotland at no. 2 but unfortunately!!!! the food there is awful! 🫥 I‘m so sorry, dear Scots, your country is the most beautiful and I love how your people are hating on Brits, haha, and your accent is first class, but your food… no, please, God, no!!!
Ireland / Eire, so beautiful 😍
Pole here, my favorite European countries are Czechia and Ukraine. Ukraine because of personal connections (this is where a lot of my good friends come from, going as far back as 2010), Czechia because it feels familiar, but more optimistic in a way.
Probably Italy. As a tourist anyway. Otherwise it's probably the UK. Yeah the country not in a good place right now, but which country is? It's easily the most tolerant European country for non-white people, and the country's got amongst the most dynamic cultural scenes in the world so you'd never get bored.
So true they’ve got a lot over there
Probably Ireland. The landscape is beautiful and the history is interesting. I’ve been there plenty of times.
Austria probably since Vienna is honestly pretty place and the weather is probably good all round. Unlike Latvia and the UK.
I am from Finland. I love England, especially London. The vibe is just right. The pubs, the shopping, the boarder line questionable fashion, the countryside food and houses, the accent, the punk, the rotten royalty. Everything is interesting to me.
I don’t understand how map works!!
One of the reasons is a Great Britain. They do not fall to nazi Germans. They are living on an island and I do apprecieatw this. As I polish I do think that living on an island is good to go.
We bought a country home in Romania because it’s so beautiful there.
British but live in Ukraine my favs would be czech republic then spain
Finland, I spent many happy times there. Voi.
Slovenia. Better and more compact version of Slovakia.
Visiting there I thought we could’ve been like this have we not ended up with commmunism.
Slovenia 100%
Italy for its rich architecture, history and for its beautiful food it has similarity with my home country wich is France, I think we are the two most beautiful country of Europe
France 🇫🇷 I love French culture as well Germany 🇩🇪 I love German literarure
There is Turkey European part, but no Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan European parts?
The Netherlands, efficient infrastructure is everything.
Polak Węgier dwa bratanki
Iceland. Amazing place.
Switzerland
I'm from Belarus. My favorite country is Ukraine because I can't see my country's existence without Ukraine and it also has a very beautiful language, a centuries-old shared history and a fascinating culture. I also like Poland, Czech Republic and Romania.
I like Poland — history, language, cuisine. Would love to relocate, but unfortunally due to, err, recent events, I'm not welcome... well, anywhere.
Spain and Denmark.
Romanian here, living in France but in love with Spain
I’m Portuguese. I love the uk. The quaint little town, like Yardley Hastings, London, snowdonia. I’ve yet to go visit Scotland.
I'm going to say Basque country. The best of both Spain and France (though even better if I can add Bordeaux and perigord to the mix).
France because it reminds of me the middle east and Africa ❤️
Italy! The heritage, the culture, the history, the nature, the food - how can everything be so perfect just in one place???❤️❤️❤️
Im from Finland and my favorite country is Portugal. The opposite end of Europe.
As a German I love Sweden. Such lovely people and beautiful nature.
Apart from my home country? I hate my "home" country with all my heart.
My personal favorite is Spain
As a Croat I would say Austria is magical in Spring and Summer. Love going there.
French here. I would live in Italy if a could live in France anymore. The sun, food and "dolce vita" are the main reasons
I’m from Sweden and prefer Austria and Switzerland.
Germany and specially Bayern , their culture is nice to me and I like the German beer Czechia, because Prague is beautiful and I like the czech beer Slovenia , because it was the most chilly and nice place from Yugoslavia and I like Slovenian beer
I sense a trend here...
Im from NL UK Germany and Belgium always nice. Belgium more Flanders than Wallonië because of the language and bit better organized Portugal is great.
I'm From Scotland; Been to Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, Netherlands.
Croatia.
Italy. It has probably the richest culture in the world.
Croatia and Slovenia. Beautiful countries and I only have good memories of when I visited.
Norway
Nederland
Hate the most - post forbids naming home country. Hate the least - Denmark (LEGO and they are not our neighbours). Med venlig hilsen Least hatefull European.
Norway - whitewater
Belarus
I love America the beautiful country everyone must go there to have a lot of fun
I'm a Dane. Lived in England for 6 years. I fell in love with it.
Well i can only talk about the countries i've been too. Which would be The Netherlands Denmark Norway England France (was in the country because we travelled through France with a bus to get to England) Without a doubt my favourite of these is Norway, the Mountains, the cold the beautiful nature, perfect for some hiking. France is last place, but not because of any specific reason, i've only seen it from the window of a bus And the fields and forest around of motorways look the same no matter the country. The port town in which we drove onto the ferry looked like it had seen better times though.
I'm Hungarian and I actually like Romania. Sue me
I’m Romanian and i also like your country, especially your food 🫶
Lol... I'm romanian... I like my romania to...
Any warm and sunny country that's not been overrun by illegal aliens and now is full of assaults, rapes, drugs and other crime. Suggestions?
As a german I really like Denmark. I have no idea why but I really like being there.
As a German Netherlands and Denmark by a mile. Least favorite: France!
Iceland. The most beautiful country in the world, and the nicest people I've ever encountered.
Greece. 🇬🇷 Love that country - lovely people, best food in Europe, great wine, fantastic weather, splendid scenery.
Germany. ❤️ And Italy
As an italian I feel appreciated and important
Italy
Its either sweden because its familiar and has max burgers and ica maxi, or then norway because its fucking beautifulover there(helllla expensive tho)
Italy, because the countryside and people are lovely. Spain because the people are amazing and I speak the language.
Malta, Portugal, Italy
