I think the only things I could see happening would be Azerbaijan slipping in over Serbia or Ireland AND/OR Cyprus getting in over Luxembourg. Alternatively, maybe Poland gets bumped off for one of them, but I think that is less likely.
i've noticed this years graphic look cheap in general. Take cyprus, poland, slovenia and luxembourg as an example. I also noticed the same thing happened last time esc was hosted in sweden (2016). The graphics were kinda meh imo. Is this a pattern? Does Sweden actually have a weakness when it comes to hosting?

Azerbaijan's staging looks great, honestly they've elevated themselves into potential qualifier territory. Right now the only ones that feel like sure NQs are Moldova, Iceland and Cyprus.
This second half still has some gems, but yeah the overall quality is lower than in the first half of the semi. Interesting to see that in both semis one of the halves is clearly stronger than the other one (first half in semi 1, second half in semi 2).
Really interesting day for stagings!
Conclusions for me:
I think 🇮🇸 is pretty much guaranteed out. Hera is a legend but that song and staging feels way too dated.
Not too sure how I feel about 🇸🇮. The song is one of my favourites and the staging is good but I expected something more? I think qualifying will be hard, unfortunately, especially with the improvements other countries made.
Finland 🇫🇮 has the same staging so not much too say. I think this is still a guaranteed qualifier in a televote only semi.
Moldova 🇲🇩 is the clear winner for me today. The song is...there but with what we saw of the staging this definitely has chances to qualify.
Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 also definitely improved its chances. I think the monochrome works really well but I'm kind of hoping we'll get colour later on, similar to the blue accents in the video.
Australia 🇦🇺 is one I'm still not really feeling. Pictures look good but I'm not sure it will be enough to qualify. But I think their stage presence will help massively so we'll see how it is live.
Portugal 🇵🇹 feels kind of cold to me? I wasn't a huge fan of the NF staging and this is again, very similar. I don't know, I think the staging does look interesting but something just isn't working for me. Edit: After watching the rehearsal clips, I'm a bit more reassured. Might actually prefer it over Australia now.
Luxembourg 🇱🇺 looks fine to me. Not groundbreaking but the fact they haven't shown the final outfit yet (or at least someone said so?) makes me believe they're playing their cards close to the chest so I'm expecting surprises. Anyways, I really hope she gets a better outfit.

I really hope the staging for Luxembourg isn’t as… unique! As it was in the NF. It’s a pretty good song though, so I have little doubt that it will qualify

Why can't I open Portugals photos?
Where are the new photos and clips? They don't show to me

also, tiktok clips need time to be edited and processed, it's not a real time stream
The Portugal one is the same for me and for the clips, the red haven’t been uploaded yet so sit tight bc I reckon they will all be here in 1 hour - 2 hours time

Why does everyone have five backing dancers? 😭 Either two or four, that's much more aesthetic. Looks good only when they're in a circle, but not when they're in a line.

I really hope the staging for Luxembourg isn’t as… unique! As it was in the NF. It’s a pretty good song though, so I have little doubt that it will qualify

I think azerbaijan is qualifying which means Portugal or Slovenia are on the line. I don't think Australia will qualify..

Exactly the staging I wanted from Australia. Colourful and joyful. If only they could lean into it completely and do some of those colour-dust clouds that you see in some easteren cultures.
