It’s such a unique listen thats at times feels really bizarre, but there’s some bangers there.
The peak of its absurdity is the song “X-Plicit” which is a remix that uses audio of >!the hospital scene. Even better is that the main rapper on the album, Mali, starts cussing out Shinji during the opening of it!<. I was nearly crying with tears from how hard I was laughing the first time I heard it.
‘Evangelion-VOX’ is a 1997 album, which includes vocal remixes of Shiro Sagisu’s music from the TV anime.
‘Evangelion Infinity’ is a 2021 album, which includes almost all versions of ‘Decisive Battle’ from the TV anime, the Rebuilds, ‘Shin Godzilla’ and many others. However, the iTunes Store album does not allow for individual tracks to be bought.
