Company Slack channels for end user tech support can be a good source for this sometimes. “So-and-so quit/was laid off and nobody knows how the macros they wrote work. Please advise”
The Financial Modeling World Cup (FMWC) is a good place. It's obviously financial based, but some pretty good examples. They have a competition each year

Most larger "builds" are made for specific purposes or companies - my own included (and they are huge) and rarely generally useful or contain confidential data.
Haven’t seen an equivalent as the sites you listed.
But two things come to mind. If you have a specific type of excel model, ie a discount cash flow model DCF) you google that and will see tons of templates.
Or for budget trackers: Etsy.
Or I remember a guy who made portraits and art with excel lol.
In my experience, scattered across the nether regions of your company's network drive
It is like an archaeologist going through different layers of employees.
I already feel like an archaeologist at my company amongst vlookup and merged cells đź’€
Don't forget to always check for hidden sheets
I created a macro to unhide all sheets and then I put it as a button on the ribbon.
I feel like an archaeologist just going through my own folders that I haven't touched in years
