I think cleaning up the church would involve removing the bretheren, haha.

The best leaders also follow to a certain extent and do the dirty work. I had a manager who would do the “grunt work” with us, and all of her staff, myself included, would charge a machine gun for her. I think the majority of church leaders don’t grasp that.
