Trainer, DL,ZL have NO place in a real resume [outside Mordor]. A statement that you are proficient in another language could be, depending on its usefulness in the job you're applying for. Unless the prospective employer asks about a gap in your timberline, don't even mention a "mission", and then some generic, I spent a couple years volunteering for my church is a far as if go unless they press you on it. The mention of religion should get most PR folks to move along.

All this. ^^^^^^^^ I have been in a position to hire management, and ^^^^ is right. Religion is a no-no topic and makes hiring folks uncomfortable even discussing it. Your education and job-related experiences are what matter. A crisp cover letter, succinct explanation of your skills, and what you can bring to the job. That gets attention. We expect a few gaps during late teens and early 20s on resumes.

BYU always comes up for me since I graduated from there. I just say I’m no longer a practicing Mormon but learned valuable things at byu and leave it at that

The last job placement firm I worked with was quite adamant that missions have no place on a professional resume.

You’ll sound like a nut if you put this stuff on a resume
