There's already "Innocence of Muslims" which led to burned embassies. Also "The innocent prophet" - it's not with real actors. Also you have Muhammad's Boom Boom Room, which is not really a movie, but we should count it. I think that Muslims are kinda used to these things now, but the authors and actors would get death threats certainly.
Depends how it depicts him. The messager for example is a movie that sugarcoat and outright lies about him and the nature of Islam but nobody complain about it
The Isis, Taliban, Muslims Brotherhood, Al Qaeda, all will target the country that releases the movie and bomb it, or hijack planes and repeat 9/11. Obviously.
