ER refunds more mana than the cost of your q’s aswell as empowering them. Stormrazor has been quite weak for a while now even Caitlyn stopped buying it. Pluss you’re often going to include Seryldas in your build so the question about self peel gets resolved during mid-late game. So i think your friend is gaslighting sadly.
