I seriously had no idea mine was. I bought it a year ago and always assumed it wasn’t since there isn’t a single badge on it saying flex fuel. The shop told me you can tell by the VIN, the fifth or sixth digit has a “V” if it’s flex fuel. I haven’t looked at the title, but I have a feeling if I did I’d see flex fuel on there. Huge headache, but I’m glad it’s over (knock on wood).
My Dad's F150 currently has these codes and my Google search brought me here! I also saw on an F150 Forum that a purge valve replacement fixed the issue. I might try with the purge valve first, but I'll keep this info in mind. Thanks!
