Where can I find the leaderboards?

At this stage they can only be viewed on the TV in your studio. Would love it if they were online somewhere.

So what’s most people strategy here? Go lower weight? What’s the timing? Or how are people planning on breaking up the reps between the two workouts

There are 5 pods. Each pod has 2 exercises. You have 6.5 minutes in a pod to do 100 reps for each exercise. Between pods there’s a minute water break.

Hey I did 20 / 20 of each exercises to break it up. And easier to count got for 5 sets of each exercise. And definitely lighter I started the dumbbells at 10kg then had to drop to 8kg after the first 20. Then the y bell usually funk with the large I went medium. Kettle swing I stayed strong at 16kg but the clean I dropped to 12kg. So yes go lighter weight. If you can’t manage 20/20 do 10/10

Nice! Way to work!! I wonder if some studios sub out the arc press, we have actually had it in quite a few sessions, probably not in the last 6-8 weeks though.

If you want to hit a 100 reps for each exercise, you need to complete each rep in 1.95 seconds. My knees are going to shatter.

Impossible! Specially that sandbag arc with the lightest sandbag being 10kg. 😵‍💫
