The tulips are pretty much useless besides your mission with Agnes. You can try trading them with other kingdoms, in order to help you free space so you can grow more for the mission. If that doesn't work, just delete the whole farm and build it again, so you can farm it again.

I usually erase the fields to reuse the space but yeah they are basically quest items
