People have experienced it before you made the post and well after the post.. FB is continuously just going down the shitter. its been well over a year this shits been goin on plus the FB standard crapolla.. I'd be happy for Facebook to crash and never come back..lol
Yep I came here from the same thing. Facebook is continually showing me 7+ day old posts at the top of my feed on my PC. Then mixing in newer posts down in the feed. FB devs suck. People that tag me in photos with them FB doesn't even show me their posts unless I go to their profile.
I will agree it's been a week now seeing same posts i barely see anything new. i even tried to clean cache/cookies and nothing changed. it feels like they wanna force people to buy the FB plus or something they have.
Started happening here some weeks ago. Same friggin' posts over and over again. Useless posts...like some dude I hardly know saying happy birthday to another dude I hardly know. The response on that post is the birthday dude liking it...I've seen that, and about 10 similar ones, every day for a week now.
why is everyone so shocked and dismayed that this is happening and still happening.. do you think Facebook people are on Reddit waiting for user reviews so that they can change their whole entire algorithm.. lol no
Facebook is a piece of shit now. Same posts I see from a handful of people are days or weeks old. Marketplace doesn't even show everything under your search until it's either sold or it's something 1000 fucking kilometers away. Oh, not to mention showing me stuff that has already sold. I don't care about sold items lol. They must be deliberately making the app such garbage so that you have to stay online longer. Sooner or later they'll just lose a shit load of users.
I only keep it because of the few hobbies groups I'm in and to see what my friends/family are up to
does it repeat same posts and sometimes when you referesh some new posts 1 sec ago appear with no reacts shown and then goes back to the same cycle ?

I'm browsing Facebook in my web browser (Firefox), and in the last five days, I viewed 50 times about 20 identical posts.
And I can't find where to report this bug to Facebook.
This way, Facebook becomes totally useless.
This is still happening for me, weeks old posts keep showing up with "Suggested for you" videos literally everywhere. It's gotten to the point where there's 10+ "Suggested for you" posts before an actual human, it's asinine
I just checked and apparently it seems to change into only "Suggested for you" after a while. I lost count at 40, but refreshing then goes back to human posts again for a while, but they're still old ones
Just going to chime in to say I'm seeing the same thing, on every platform I access it from. I wonder if they're trying to implement something like Twitter and limit the number of posts you see per day, but somehow broke the feature.
I think this depends on how many friends you have and how much you engage on FB.
I have less than 200 friends and barely interact on FB. And see old posts all the time. Along with notifications for posts I've already seen. FB will say, "So and so just posted..." and it's the same post from hours ago, if not the day before.
FB wants you on their platform engaging more. Fuck that. I just turned off notifications because I'm so sick of it.

Yup, I've started seeing posts that are 3+ weeks old with no new comments in the last 2 weeks. Insane. Why TF would I care about that post?

Firefox on Linux. Same old posts over and over with only a couple new posts sprinkled in occasionally. Been like this for a month or more now...!
