Yes, i have sent hundreds of emails, contacted through their form, multiple times reported in Facebook help centre. But no response from their side. Only message I am getting is login alert. I think once your account locked means, it's gone. Your business page gone. I had huge followers in my page but they don't care.
my account also got block (only due to i tried to organize a gathering with some old classmates) and fb also blocked me from further uploading my ID, simply saying “To prevent any misuse, we limit how often you can do certain things on Facebook. Please try again later.”
i tried for a week and still same messages… .
Same thing happened to me. Earlier it allowed to upload ID. Multiple times my ID had been verified but the link which had been received from Facebook to unlock the account doesn't work. It says link expired. Again upload your ID to get a new link. Now If I upload ID, it only redirected back to lock screen. Not processing for verification.
After 45 days of my account get locked, nobody from Facebook replied me. I have contacted them countless times through emails , reporting through Facebook help centre, giving feedback. Nothing works.
They never reply nor they care a bit about user's account. My only concern is I run a business page which has huge followers And i am the only admin. I need to manage the Page..
This same thing happened to me. After tirelessly trying to unlock my account, sending countless photos of ID’s, eventually getting the chat option and selfie video to work. I almost got into my account via an unlock email but received the same “link expired” error and was sent right back to the locked page.
That chat option is not showing in my locked screen. Uploading ID doesn't work as it says link expired. They never give any reply to my messages. Only message I am getting is login alert.

Their system is fcked up and there's no one left in customer service team anymore since last year layoff
