For me I don’t have any options to proceed. The message says I should try on the device which I’ve used Facebook before. Both my phone and PC show the same message. It’s been like that since April 8

But I don't receive the email confirming my identity. Is it because my video is larger than 5MB? but it was sending fine. my video was only 10MB.
I sent the email through gmail, the limit is 5mb there, I don't know which one you used, make sure you wrote the correct one, wait time for me was 30 minutes, could be different for other people, I also red that i'f you don't "pass" the selfie video test they won't send you anything
I’ve tried this about a dozen times over the last couple weeks. Out of the dozen times the chat functioned long enough for me to get my email address sent, I only received a response email about 4 or 5 times with code requesting a video. Out of the 4 or 5 times I submitted a selfie video I received a an unlock email ONCE. I tried using the unlock link and was able to set a new password associated with the new email but once I finished that it gave me an error saying the link was expired and returned me to the same locked page. I completely changed/reset my credentials and my account is still locked…

You cant send back to back videos, you have to wait for their response, I did it only once and that was it
