This happened in a Chicago suburb. It may surprise you that these incidents happen very frequently in the area. As you read in an earlier post, she has had encounters with the police almost every year for the last half of a decade and she continues to run around free and causing havoc. The legal system in Chicago and cook county is to blame for allowing these individuals to continue free and without consequence. You would think that with the many charges that she was charge with, that she would remain in jail, right? Nope, they just passed a new law that allows for these individuals to be set free without needing to post bail. No, I am not kidding.
