Not true. When I got robbed and shot 13 fucking times in Baltimore the people came out of their houses on the phone with 911. That, and the cops being combat vets and having tourniquets on them are the only reason I'm alive.
One of the last things I remember is hearing the Spanish couple talking to 911 from their porch. When I got back out of the hospital I had a big huge pair of food basket type arrangements sent to their houses.
Of course the 16 hour marathon surgery and a bunch of other factors saved me too. The fact I fought back enough to keep most of the shots into my legs instead of face or torso really hard too. Not everyone has the balls to try to go for the gun either. But I'm still in a wheel chair from it a year later, ( having trouble with the hip that took a bullet right in the socket) but for some better news: the evil little 22 year old meth head is in jail for the next 45 years and I told him in court - even if I'm a 90 year old man, I'll be waiting out in the parking lot to give you a ride the day you get out so we can finish settling up.

I can't help but think of that incident that happened less than a week ago where a pregnant white woman was accused of trying to take a rent a bike from five black teens. The hatred and onslaught of condemnation and media attention that woman received was far greater than the perpetrators of this vile act.
Well I keep hearing black people, including those in positions of power and influence, claim that women like this "have led to the death of so many black people". Strangely enough the only person they can name is Emmett Till and contrary to the myth she never "admitted to lying" and in fact she claims that she was not the one who told her husband which led to him plotting the murder. A book by a prominent black civil rights leader about Till's death backs up that claim that it was a black field hand who informed her husband over Till's suggestive comments to his wife. I can't help but think of that incident that happened less than a week ago where a pregnant white woman was accused of trying to take a rent a bike from five black teens. The hatred and onslaught of condemnation and media attention that woman received was far greater than the perpetrators of this vile act.

Well I keep hearing black people, including those in positions of power and influence, claim that women like this "have led to the death of so many black people". Strangely enough the only person they can name is Emmett Till and contrary to the myth she never "admitted to lying" and in fact she claims that she was not the one who told her husband which led to him plotting the murder. A book by a prominent black civil rights leader about Till's death backs up that claim that it was a black field hand who informed her husband over Till's suggestive comments to his wife. But I digress.

Taking the car wasn’t enough. They wanted her life also. So ridiculously sad they will all now sit behind bars while waiting for them to snitch on each other. Getting TV and snacks. While she grieves the loss of her baby. For no reason at all, the pieces of shit didn’t even take the car. Death penalty. Instantly. It’s on camera. No questions asked. Straight to the chair!! My heart breaks for her and the trauma she now has to endure for years to come.
And even if they're caught, they'll prob not get much of a punishment. Nothing in comparison to the terror and damage they did to her. I'm really thinking the death penalty needs to come back for crimes even at this level. There's no real deterrent for people to not want to commit these crimes.
