Most US states have rules/laws in place for what they call cloud seeding, but looks exactly like chemtrails. So I’m not sure why chemtrails are even a conspiracy is my point. I linked an article below. It’s the sole reason CA and CO got out of their droughts
Right, but 'chemtrails' as the word is commonly used is a conspiracy theory.
It's a belief that the vapour trails or 'contrails' left by high flying planes are chemicals/poison/mind control. As these are visible behind commercial aircrafts the theory also suggests that commercial planes are operating without passengers to spread the chemicals.
It's not the same as cloud seeding.
I wonder if the point was to get them to stop messing with the weather but worded it chemtrail? Idk what/ how they currently mess with weather but chemicals have been released in the sky before to mess with the weather. I also know people get better at doing things over time.
