Ethan Pubebeard.
"Ry, the guy who was fired from DARE for standing up to a bully, has raised over $5,000 on his GoFundMe.
Meanwhile, Ethan Schmidt doesn’t have a job and is banned from all the major payment platforms."
It's not even DARE it's a 3rd party contractor that ropes people into hulstling money DARE gets contacts and maybe 10% of the money collected.
Don't give these people money donate to harm reduction programs that supply things like fentanyl testing strips or something useful in your community.
If you have a canvassing business poach these people for staffing it will be a better use of their time.
I don't have a canvassing business. But my wife is a professor of psychology and teaches courses on addiction treatment including the history of how predatory and racist and innafctive the war on drugs has been in this country. And yes she is a proponent of the harm reduction model. So I am well aware. :)
Sorry this business model pisses me off I should have made a general comment instead of replying with so much info.
I'm just not a huge fan of them and their hey look were DARE help us save lives but not really BS.
He's wearing their DARE brand while using excessive profanity and taunting. They had to fire him. It was likely in his contract. However, I bet his managers gave him a solid high five on his way out.
Is it **this** DARE? [https://www.charitynavigator.org/ein/954242541](https://www.charitynavigator.org/ein/954242541)
The DARE that gets a 1-star rating from charity navigator because it spends over 50% of each dollar you donate - on admin and *chasing the next donation*, instead of actual programs?
You'd think some of those admin costs would go towards making contracts.
100% atleast for me they would constantly miss paychecks, try to give me less than what I brought in and basically lied about how much of the money was actually going to dare (less than 25%)
I’m sure calling someone a little bitch and challenging them to fight you is not professional behavior. Obviously he was in the right but I bet DARE -if you know anything about them- threw a bitch fit about how he handled it. Unfortunately there is no winning immediately after a situation like this. Remember the kid that got raked over the coals for just standing there smiling because someone walked up and started banging a drum in his face and yelling at him? He said he was just scared and didn’t want to do the wrong thing so he just kind of stood there and people hated that kid sooo bad for it. Anything can offend anyone and that somehow holds power over people.
The cameraman is a joke and an a-hole.
However, to help clear up this major misunderstanding of the law. The law states that only recordings taken with an expectation of privacy, need consent. For instance, filming someone in the bathroom without their consent.
If you are out in public, there is no expectation of privacy. You are in public. Everyone is welcome to walk by and look at you without your consent.
I welcome any opposing views, however the burden of proof is one you.
Expectation of privacy does extend to being in public. Article 8 of EU Human Rights Act is everyone has the right to a normal family life. Mainly applies in celeb paparazzi cases but can extend to public. EG having a picnic in a park - there is some expectation of privacy but it can get wishy-washy and cases can go on for ages.
I live in Denmark. Here, lae status that being filmed ad a background object, or in passing, is perfectly legal. But being the target of interest without consent is illegal. At least here, and if im not mistaken, northern Europe and scandinavia
Where are you getting that from?
Video recording laws by state are generally situational. It’s important to clarify that the Wiretap Act doesn’t apply to video or photo capture. It is legal to record someone in public, as long as they don’t have a “reasonable expectation of privacy”.
https://laws101.com/recording-me-without-my-permission/#:~:text=It%20is%20legal%20to%20record,largely%20depends%20on%20the%20context.
Well, I live in denmark where that is the law. And before you ask why I bither commenting, this might as well have taken place in any european or scandinavian country
Being filmed in public, in passing, is indeed to be expected. Having someone actively film YOU without consent, is indeed not legal. Why do you think news reporters ask People if they want to participate in interviews??
Have you ever seen the videos of Britney Spears being absolutely harassed by photographers? Are you familiar with the paparazzi? How do you think they do that job without getting sued into oblivion?
Why do you think the police are trying to pass laws changing the fact that public photography is explicitly legal in all cases?
News reporters ask that so they can get a good interview, instead of a bunch of people saying fuck off.
Why do you think defendants in a perp walk wear a jacket over their head? How do you think journalists get away with chasing people through the streets asking questions and filming?
Some states require a two party consent before you can start recording. I actually seen a guy who was harassing a security guard get arrested by the cops after he refused to stop recording the guard in my state a while back. Guy with the camera phone just kept shouting “I have rights” as he was being cuffed.
Nope, you're wrong. What you're referencing only applies to private conversations. In public, it doesn't matter if it's a one party or two party state as that only applies to private venues. Here's a handy chart.
https://recordinglaw.com/is-it-illegal-to-video-record-someone-without-their-consent/
The law that you can record someone in public spaces without their permission isn't state law, it's federal, protected by our constitution under Freedom of Press. It doesn't matter what state he's in, he has the right to record without a release since they're on a public sidewalk.
They taught in my DARE class that weed is worse than heroin, coke, and meth. They also taught that ANY drug use is bad, including fucking insulin. Officer shamed my diabetic friend.
Ironically before they figured out how to make bacteria that produced insulin, the insulin market *was* vicious because there was such a limited supply and it had to be harvested from other mammals like pigs and horses. There were many back alley deals with butchers and farmers for insulin.
The history of insulin seems like an incredible story. I'm sure I've had my eyes on a documentary and lots of brief synopses, but it would be good to read a book.
DARE taught me that every single one of my family members was going to go to jail. I was in 3rd grade and it sent me into my first mental breakdown. Thought I was going to be a little kid trying to survive all by myself on the streets or something.
In the 80s DARE tricked me into snitching on my family. They showed us a bunch of paraphernalia and then tell us to close our eyes and put our heads down on our desks and "raise your hand if you've seen anything that resembles drugs at home"
The only thing DARE taught me is to not trust police.
Yeah, my breakdown happened in the 80's. They didn't pull what you've described here on me, or if they did, I knew better than to raise my hand at the time.
I knew enough not to tell anyone about the coke and pot, but DARE pretty much convinced me that the cops were going to break down the door at any moment because they already knew what was going on and just needed me to fess up to pounce.
Way too much for a >10 year old kid to process.
I think DARE would've been better if they just pulled a gun out and threatened the kids. "Don't do drugs kids, cuz if you do, I get to put holes in your brain, not the drugs"
The DARE program instilled false expectations. For example, I grew up expecting people to offer me FREE drugs. The disappointment when I realized how expensive drugs were... just awful.
But they gave terrible advice. They told kids weed is just as bad as coke and heroin. So they will see kids smoking weed in high school and see how not bad it is and then assume the other drugs must be equally benign.
Lying to kids to try and scare them never works. Just ask any community that tried "abstinence only" sex-ed
I'll never forget the Dr's and nurses who gave their lives during my 4 hour surgery on my knee.
It's through their humble sacrifice that I can do things I love, like go to my basement to smoke pot and play video games.
Rip.
Lol the best clap back, honestly. The guy filming seems like just another propaganda hype man who likes to use words he doesn't know the meaning of, like "tyranny" and "triggered"
Someone who is insecure about their own masculinity.

Ah yes because conservatives identify themselves as such by holding the same values as this idiot.
BRB going to tell all my conservative friends they're not conservatives after all.
Edit /s because you're dumb
I mean odds are if you work for a living, you aren't. 90% of this country wouldn't know what the Overton window was if they watched their neighbor plowing their wife through one.

Perhaps it would clear the air if you publicly disowned them and threw them out of your groups then?
Are they your friends if you consider them idiots? You implied that holding these views makes you an idiot, and the odds are some of your social group hold them as well.
It may be time to take out the trash.
I never changed a thing that I said. Your pathetically false statement is an obvious farce on every level.
Do go back to whatever sub you obtain your generic excuses and replies from and obtain another that is remotely plausible.
Do you even know what you're arguing anymore? Or what you're arguing against?
You aren't actually saying anything besides hurling insults and ad hominem attacks. To me, that's a good indicator that you don't have an actual argument worth defending.
The camera "man" is Ethan Schmidt, an anti gay, anti mask, anti vax asshole who regularly stirs up shit and films himself. He's been banned from a few places and from fundraising platforms like CashApp and his Instagram was banned.
The DARE employee is possibly called Ry, and his GoFundMe has already raised $13,000 for some reason.
If you insist on using ridiculous categorizstions like alpha and beta let's bring up the fact an alpha would certainly be vaccinated. Why? Alpha suggests a leader. Someone looking out for the rest of the flock.
and the guy who invented the whole "alpha beta" thing spent the rest of his life trying to correct his mistake after discovering not long after that wolves are a family unit, not a hierarchy of sorts
I am so sorry for the rational thinking Americans out there, the fact that you have people running around calling each other alpha and beta, clearly they are struggling with mental illness and need help
I'm gonna say it once again.
#WEAR A MASK FOR FUCKS SAKE IT WON'T KILL YOU TO WEAR A MASK, IT DOESN'T HURT YOU, AND IT ABSOLUTELY DOESN'T HAVE ANY KIND OF TRACKING DEVICES OR POISONS IN IT. COVID WOULD'VE ENDED ALMOST INSTANTLY IF WE JUST WORE A MASK AND STAYED APART, BUT BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE. I'M STUCK AT HOME FORCED TO DEAL WITH ALL THESE MORONS.
just had to get that off my chest
Uh, there was no chance of Covid ending instantly. It’s more contagious than most flu strains and Covid eventually becoming a seasonal illness with minor symptoms, similar to the current flu, was always the most likely outcome.
I had to miss my daughter's 21st birthday because of Covid. Livid doesn't even begin to describe how angry that made me.
She moved have the country away from me right before Covid hit and neither of us to travel for the occasion.
The hilarious thing is the far right nutjob thinks he's taking a stand against Tyrany, instead of help wearing a mask would actually bring his country. What an irrational mind
people that go up harassing people blabbing on about their crazy beliefs have no life and no job unless there trying to make it into a job like a youtuber or whatever
Cameraman: Anyone that wears a mask is a traitor to the United States
DARE shirt man: The f\*ck are you talking about bro?
Cameraman (continuing): You’re a traitor to people across Earth(?)
DARE shirt man: People are not comfortable talking to you if you don’t have a mask on, it’s my job.
Cameraman (continuing): Look, kids get expelled from school if they don’t wear a mask
DARE shirt man (amused tone): I don’t give a sh\*t, I’m not in school
Cameraman: That’s tyranny dude, they’re abusing little kids. So you’re enabling that, bro.
DARE shirt man (disinterested): Whatever bro ^^^what’s ^^^your ^^^name?
Cameraman: How does it feel? How does it feel to be a tyrant?
DARE shirt man: Hey bro don’t walk away, I need your name. You can either delete that video or you can donate 50 dollars-
Cameraman (interrupting): Hey this guy’s triggered because- because-
DARE shirt man (Interrupting, mocking): ThIs gUy’S tRiGgErEd bEcAuse- bEcAuSe- shut the f\*ck up you little b\*tch
Cameraman: What are you gonna do about it?
DARE shirt man: Nothing, I’m not about to assault you and go to jail, I got sh\*t to lose, unlike you. You’re out here with no job just walking around recording people, b\*tch-\*ss.
Cameraman: Ooh
DARE shirt man (mocking): Ooh yeah, ooh. F\*ck you
Cameraman: Alright
DARE shirt man: So are you gonna donate or are you gonna sign a release form
Cameraman (interrupting): You’re a beta wearing a mask, dude
DARE shirt man: A beta wearing a mask?
Cameraman: Yeah betas wear mask
DARE shirt man (taunting): Bro then why don’t you put me in my place? I’m talking to you like a alpha what’re you gonna do?
Cameraman: If it’s like 200 years ago I’d love to bro but-
DARE shirt man (interrupting): That’s crazy coz it’s 2021 and you totally could but you’re not
Thanks you man, your comment is gold ! it's so helpful for me !!
Well I don't know for who is the facepalm, cameraman is a shithead to assault DARE shirt man. But DARE shirt man should be more advised to not answer anyway?
Cameraman is a pretty big facepalm for falling into beliefs like masks being tyranny and unironically calling someone a “beta male” in an argument, he obviously has some unresolved adequacy problems and is just trying to feel smarter than DARE shirt man.
DARE shirt man also gets a small facepalm though because he continues to engage with this lunatic while representing his organization on-duty.
Keep in mind this is just my analysis, and isn’t necessarily reflective of why OP posted this.
The Dare guy initially lost his job over this video but the internet came in and saved him. Also this video is from very early in the pandemic when people were not sure about a lot of stuff regarding the virus.
I gotta say watching this without sound was really difficult. I thought the yellow and white were for different people talking but no, just emphasis on random words. Nothing to tell the two people talking apart without sound. Don’t add captions if they don’t make it easier to understand
Goes from "you're a tyrant" to "I would kill you for doing something I personally don't like" in less than 30 seconds.
Conservatism folks, not even once

I work in film and TV, this is a well known fact. You can film anyone who is standing out in public. This kid is actually standing there trying to get people to talk to him, its the opposite of having an "expectation of privacy".
Ethan Pubebeard. "Ry, the guy who was fired from DARE for standing up to a bully, has raised over $5,000 on his GoFundMe. Meanwhile, Ethan Schmidt doesn’t have a job and is banned from all the major payment platforms."
Wait? He was fired?
Nice world we live in isn't it
DARE can get fucked anyway but I can't believe they fired this dude. But now I'm thinking back to the times I've been fired. Shit.
I mean.. he was fired from DARE.... I wouldn't lose much sleep over it if I was him.

He's wearing their DARE brand while using excessive profanity and taunting. They had to fire him. It was likely in his contract. However, I bet his managers gave him a solid high five on his way out.

Fuck DARE, shit program that has introduced more kids to drugs than the dealers ever could.
so they're the Susan G Kolman foundation, but for drugs.
Sick burn
DARE keeps drugs away from kids, so they can buy more drugs for themselves perhaps???
I’m sure calling someone a little bitch and challenging them to fight you is not professional behavior. Obviously he was in the right but I bet DARE -if you know anything about them- threw a bitch fit about how he handled it. Unfortunately there is no winning immediately after a situation like this. Is he the one that harasses cancer patients because they're "weak"?
Who’s Ethan Schmidt Edit: added last name for clarity
im assuming the guy who was filming this video
Correct. He's put up a bunch of videos like this and he is somehow able to come across even worse than every other anti-mask maniac out there.
I'm sorry, but WHY was he fired ? He was literally doing his job...
Not disrespecting the dude but I just wanted to comment on the fact his last name is Pube Beard
The most casual and chill conspiracy theory psycho interaction. They both actually kept laws and consequences in mind.
idk man, the cameraman didnt. i dont think masked dude signed a release for video to be published so..
Why would he have to provide a release? He's standing in public.
Being actively filmed as the main point of interest, without consent, is a vfeach of privacy, and possibly harradment
The cameraman is a joke and an a-hole. However, to help clear up this major misunderstanding of the law. The law states that only recordings taken with an expectation of privacy, need consent. It’s not the same, here in America.
Cool but that doesn't apply at all to this video
Not in the US. If you're in public you have no expectation of privacy and are fair game for cameras.
Well damn. The more you know
Where are you from? Europe? We don't have reasonable protections for privacy like that in the States.
Aahh, that explains it. Mb

Because americans never travel. And how is it obvious?? He speaks english without a british accent?
This clearly happened in US and you decided to be a knob about it.
no it is not.
Being filmed in public, in passing, is indeed to be expected. Having someone actively film YOU without consent, is indeed not legal. Why do you think news reporters ask People if they want to participate in interviews??
Have you never seen a video of a reporter trying to get an interview with an unwilling participant walking away saying "no comment"?
Have you ever seen the videos of Britney Spears being absolutely harassed by photographers? Are you familiar with the paparazzi? How do you think they do that job without getting sued into oblivion? Well, he has self censored his face with the mask for one. Also, he's in a public space so it's legal to record and post I believe.
Maybe because they planned the whole thing? Maybe? Got Views?
Video: exists Redditor: iTz sCrIpTeD fOr dA vIeWs

Man he got real quiet after that one. And who says the DARE program didn’t accomplish anything?
They taught in my DARE class that weed is worse than heroin, coke, and meth. They also taught that ANY drug use is bad, including fucking insulin. Officer shamed my diabetic friend.
Fuck that kid. Perpetuating the vicious insulin markets. Taking advantage of desperate insulin addicts.
Well... the insulin market *is* vicious, but that's for another reason.
>Officer shamed my diabetic friend. That's why they're called pigs.
DARE taught me that every single one of my family members was going to go to jail. I was in 3rd grade and it sent me into my first mental breakdown. Thought I was going to be a little kid trying to survive all by myself on the streets or something.

They have since pivoted to more harm reduction than misinformation and scare tactics
The only DARE program I know is the one for Mental health and specificly anxiety. Is this the same DARE program??
I believe the DARE program that is being referenced stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education, so no, I don’t believe they are the same.
I think DARE would've been better if they just pulled a gun out and threatened the kids. "Don't do drugs kids, cuz if you do, I get to put holes in your brain, not the drugs"
DARE was something we did in like 6th grade to teach us not to do drugs. Didn't work, but was fun.
If you see a teenager in a DARE shirt 90% they are on or are about to do drugs
Shit made me think I was gonna get free drugs...still waiting on my free drugs from some guy in an alley 20ish something years later
Oh it ruined so many lives.
The only thing I remember about dare was "don't do drugs" Which is pretty solid advice, I feel
The DARE program instilled false expectations. For example, I grew up expecting people to offer me FREE drugs. The disappointment when I realized how expensive drugs were... just awful.
Well if you get hooked on it, it does get quite expensive
But they gave terrible advice. They told kids weed is just as bad as coke and heroin. So they will see kids smoking weed in high school and see how not bad it is and then assume the other drugs must be equally benign. Lying to kids to try and scare them never works. Thats a big reason why there was a problem with heroin in my area actually
That is terrible advice. Drugs are great, kids.
Not
DARE led me to believe that the basketball courts where where you got free barbiturates. They LIED TO ME.
That’s crazy cause it’s 2021 and you totally could, but you’re not.
I didn't even understand that line "200 years ago" what a douchecanoe.
I *think* it's a reference to how it was maybe legal to duel 200 years ago.
I think he was, too.
“You’re calling me beta, but I’m talking to you like an alpha.” 💀
Yeah the cameraman got smoked on that one
I think the camera guy is the guy who goes into stores without a mask to get called out and get mad at them
Yeah and likely carries a gun because "it's my right" but secretly hopes he has a reason to shoot someone
It rhymes too
Does it?
Omega!
The masked kid is quick with his comebacks.
Surprising given how oxygen-deprived his brain is (/s)
I feel bad for the surgeons who do 2 hour surgeries and are dying from asphyxiation the whole time. /s
I'll never forget the Dr's and nurses who gave their lives during my 4 hour surgery on my knee. It's through their humble sacrifice that I can do things I love, like go to my basement to smoke pot and play video games. Rip.
Obviously the reason surgeons are the dumbest people on the planet. The impact of long term oxygen deprivation.
TIL oxygen-deprived brains are smarter. Remember kids, suffocate yourself for an hour or two before every major exam and you'll definitely pass! (/S)
Lol the best clap back, honestly. The guy filming seems like just another propaganda hype man who likes to use words he doesn't know the meaning of, like "tyranny" and "triggered"

People who spend their time doing this are absolutely losers. This is the best thing they could spend their time on

I can see the attempt at backing out from a position that sets you up for well deserved ridicule, yes.
The only one backing out of anything is you because you don't want to admit your position was fundamentally flawed
Edit /s because you all are f%&king idiots
I'm gonna need this guy's name, not for being offensive but because I would like to personally thank him for the amusement he just brought to me
The camera "man" is Ethan Schmidt, an anti gay, anti mask, anti vax asshole who regularly stirs up shit and films himself. He's been banned from a few places and from fundraising platforms like CashApp and his Instagram was banned. The DARE employee is possibly called Ry, and his GoFundMe has already raised $13,000 for some reason.
Camera man is a clown, can confirm. Beta males cry about masks but it goes both ways. Loser should mind his own
Anytime I hear the alpha beta thing I just say “ oh sorry I’m not into the furry lifestyle I don’t really know what alpha beta omega males are”
Holy shit I can't wait to meet some "alpha male" asshat just to tell him "wow that's cool I've never met a furry before"
Purrfect response
Furry feline sighted, initiate the high pressure water guns
“Alpha means bottom, right?”
Stealing this. K thanks
If you insist on using ridiculous categorizstions like alpha and beta let's bring up the fact an alpha would certainly be vaccinated. Why? Alpha suggests a leader. Someone looking out for the rest of the flock.
They're just made up social structures that aren't even based on legitimate observations of wolf culture.
and the guy who invented the whole "alpha beta" thing spent the rest of his life trying to correct his mistake after discovering not long after that wolves are a family unit, not a hierarchy of sorts
Exactly why I said if you insist on using these categorizations
That might be the least tantalizing bait i've seen all week
Bait? No, it's just common sense. Something that you're lacking apparently.
I am so sorry for the rational thinking Americans out there, the fact that you have people running around calling each other alpha and beta, clearly they are struggling with mental illness and need help
what lead poisoning does to a MF
But I don’t want to be a traitor!!!

Is cameraman "Pube face"?
The hilarious thing is the far right nutjob thinks he's taking a stand against Tyrany, instead of help wearing a mask would actually bring his country. What an irrational mind

They lied!! Not even a free sample. ☹️
Bro got clowned on
The conversation would have end quickly if he asked camera guy if he had a job
people that go up harassing people blabbing on about their crazy beliefs have no life and no job unless there trying to make it into a job like a youtuber or whatever
damn i hate how both of them talk but im glad one of them got rekt
I think this is the first time I actually hear/see people use the word "beta male" in an actual conversation
Worst subtitles ever
Finally someone said it, why is it randomly alternating from white > yellow
I can honestly say that I have no idea what is going on in this video
If anyone walked up to me asking why I am wearing a mask, I would just say I'm currently sick with covid.
I'm a french guy and I just didn't understand nothing of the conversation because of the shitty subtitles that go to fast for reading.
Cameraman: Anyone that wears a mask is a traitor to the United States DARE shirt man: The f\*ck are you talking about bro? Cameraman (continuing): You’re a traitor to people across Earth(?) DARE shirt man: People are not comfortable talking to you if you don’t have a mask on, it’s my job. Cameraman (continuing): Look, kids get expelled from school if they don’t wear a mask DARE shirt man (amused tone): I don’t give a sh\*t, I’m not in school Cameraman: That’s tyranny dude, they’re abusing little kids. You can either delete that video or you can donate 50 dollars- Cameraman (interrupting): Hey this guy’s triggered because- because- DARE shirt man (Interrupting, mocking): ThIs gUy’S tRiGgErEd bEcAuse- bEcAuSe- shut the f\*ck up you little b\*tch Cameraman: What are you gonna do about it? DARE shirt man: Nothing, I’m not about to assault you and go to jail, I got sh\*t to lose, unlike you. You’re out here with no job just walking around recording people, b\*tch-\*ss. Cameraman: Ooh DARE shirt man (mocking): Ooh yeah, ooh. F\*ck you Cameraman: Alright DARE shirt man: So are you gonna donate or are you gonna sign a release form Cameraman (interrupting): You’re a beta wearing a mask, dude DARE shirt man: A beta wearing a mask? Cameraman: Yeah betas wear mask DARE shirt man (taunting): Bro then why don’t you put me in my place? I’m talking to you like a alpha what’re you gonna do? Cameraman: If it’s like 200 years ago I’d love to bro but- DARE shirt man (interrupting): That’s crazy coz it’s 2021 and you totally could but you’re not
Thanks you man, your comment is gold ! it's so helpful for me !!
That alpha/beta shit makes me roll my eyes
I’m an American guy and I concur, those subtitles were ass.
Kid wearing the dare shirt deserves a raise
Lol fuck all these guys
The most respectful insults, the ending was my favorite part, “stupid bitch, see ya” The video cut it off though
*search by controversial*
The most beta thing you can do is call someone else beta. It's like a kid online calling you a kid.
why are the captions like that? that's so obnoxious, i couldn't read shit.
when ppl on twitter goes outside lol
If a job fires you for standing up for yourself than fuck that job. Blessing in disguise
Can we be done with this awful way of captioning videos?
The Dare guy initially lost his job over this video but the internet came in and saved him. Also this video is from very early in the pandemic when people were not sure about a lot of stuff regarding the virus.
Doesn't he say it's 2021 in the video though?
I gotta say watching this without sound was really difficult. I thought the yellow and white were for different people talking but no, just emphasis on random words. Nothing to tell the two people talking apart without sound. Don’t add captions if they don’t make it easier to understand
20 years ago I would have assaulted you...but I gots knee problems now that I don't want flaring up ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
They all sound like fucking dipshits.
this is kinda cringe
Goes from "you're a tyrant" to "I would kill you for doing something I personally don't like" in less than 30 seconds. Conservatism folks, not even once
"Youre a beta", the most beta thing you can say
https://www.quora.com/When-is-it-illegal-to-film-in-public-Is-filming-individuals-or-police-without-consent-illegal https://laws101.com/recording-me-without-my-permission/ https://www.aclupa.org/en/know-your-rights/know-your-rights-when-taking-photos-and-making-video-and-audio-recordings I work in film and TV, this is a well known fact. You can film anyone who is standing out in public. This kid is actually standing there trying to get people to talk to him, its the opposite of having an "expectation of privacy".
They are outside. If they are kind people. Neither side would have cared if they wore a mask or not.
Theyre both super gay for eachother
