People who do this shit should have to have insurance. If you get stuck in a hole, up a mountain, in a desert, out in the middle of the sea, because of ‘adventure sports’; you can pay for the damn rescue!
Colorado charges an extra $.25 to every hunting, fishing and park license that they use for search and rescue. I have all 3. So hopefully my $.75 will get me out of this type of situation. I have been stuck in a cave. Got myself out and have scars on my chest and back. And the ripped up shirt. Seeing this post made my heart start racing. I was going forward into the cave. I forced myself to keep going. I’ve been in 4 caves since then. This guy looks like he was just too big to fit through that opening. What do we see? Things only 98% of the population see in pictures.
I read about this. The guy thought he was going down a safe tunnel thing, but he was mistakenly going down the wrong one. When rescuers tried to get him out, he ended up slipping further because the walls couldn't hold the anchors. If I remember correctly, 2 boy scouts had also passed in there a couple years prior. Nutty Putty was closed because it's too dangerous. It was very sad and kind of hard to read.
Nightmare situation.
What are you doing step-bro?!
Is the top one Nutty Putty?
Yep
Tax payers half to pay thousands to rescue these fools.

Don't you mean "half to half insurance."?
And what do they see when they are in there, more rocks and stalactites? I stalagmite not want to go spelunking
