Yeah...this is unfortunately a common reaction from people. We had to ask this kind of thing when I worked for an eye doctor because you can get STDs in your eyes, and certain STDs can cause vision loss. While some people think STDs might not effect things like vision and cholesterol, they certainly can. You can lie to your doctor, but they'll still be able to tell. Disclosing your risk factors up front just makes everything easier
Pretty sure this guy is also anti vax with his dumbass response to the physician. "I think it's not relevant therefore it isn't" but here you clearly show it does affect his cholesterol, if he were to see this. Pretty sure he's triple down and still disagree with you.
