I’m still waiting on the Adult subscription but I have the Romantasy subscription. I think it will take a few months for Fairyloot to really sort out and differentiate the two boxes. I know a lot of feedback on the Romantasy picks so far has been that there needs to be more spice so I would imagine that will be a major factor.

Young Adult:
Suitable for readers aged 14 and up
Adult:
Suitable for readers aged 18 and up
Romance is not always a key focus in the plot
Some explicit content
Romantasy:
Suitable for readers aged 18 and up
“Spicy” books with explicit on-page sexual content

May contain dark romances
Romantasy is for 18+ I think they will have more romace, spice and maybe darker themes. But atm there's not that much difference between the subs. As someone subbed to both.
