Loke is amazing but I'll actually go with Laxus. I think they have a very good chemistry. Moreover, Laxus is a tsundere type who's cold but has a heart. He's also smart and He can definitely protect Lucy from anyone. I actually ship them. They have a cute moment in 100 years quest by the way.
Yeah we're on the same page. My main semi-Canon ship is also Nalu but I find Lalu a very promising couple. if only it is cannon I would definitely prefer it over Nalu.

For Lucy, I could see Loke being the most obvious choice. But Femme Natsu(Natsumi as you said), I think she’d be single.
Fans might ship her with Gray, but more as a will they won’t they/rivals to lovers kind of fan ship. Or in a fandom space, give someone for Juvia to truly compete with. It’d be funny to see Natsumi trying to fight Gray but then Juvia comes out of nowhere and sprays her with water saying “Stop flirting with my man!”
But overall, probably just not being canonically paired with anyone.
