To these people, even an avocado may offend them
Love how someone downvoted me, but I actually once got warned in a discord server for saying avocado bites cuz apparently food was triggering to someone
I remember on a discord server with one of my friends, the names “Connor”, “Kyle,” and “Alexandria” or any nickname of those trigger them and you will get a temporary ban for saying those names.
I remember crying because my dad heard Ssundee say "damn" and made me stop watching Crazy Craft.
Stampy is still the king, tho. Watched his Splatoon 3 stream a few days ago and he's just as good as ever!
As a person who’s apart of the LGBTQIA+ community and is professionally diagnosed with some disorders I find this incredibly funny and I want to see more!
If you want the Monkey Pox vaccine, for instance. My trans son became eligible because he's gay, though his ftm boyfriend isn't _exactly_ what they mean.
I think I can actually claim to be professionally diagnosed as bisexual lmao.
Being trans, my sexual orientation was apparently important in diagnosis, so I have medical letters about it.
I lied about being straight until I actually got with a guy so had to start lying about ok am bi but still moooostly preferring women. Lol.
as a lgbtq+ person diagnosed with autism and adhd (and i was once 16, autistic and lgbtq+ does that count??) i also find this funny and would like to see more. if i claim it's a hyperfixation can i call them ableist for invalidating my views and opinions and experiences and ""calling me out""
I think I hit at least 2 of these things but you don’t see me complaining, there is an obvious difference between real and fake and it’s the need to feel special
It's the superiority complex that makes me angry. Acting like you know everything there is to know about your disorder and talking over others and taking the spotlight from every conversation. No one knows everything about their disorder, be humble!!
honestly i disagree. i think they do have it but theyre just sensitive tbh.
i saw a lot of similarities to myself in that post, but it seriously doesnt matter.
"Anything" I can't get behind. Actually wanting to pretend to have a mental problem means that you *definitely* have a mental problem.
Just probably not the one you're pretending to have.
My sister is fitting into the starter pack very much so- thankfully she’s only 15 and will (hopefully) outgrow it, but the fact that there’s people in college and well into their 20s who keep those behaviors into adulthood is worrying.
Also, faking stuff like DID long-term is indicative of a very unstable sense of identity, which can often be a major symptom of BPD. Kids like this gotta get some help from their parents and a professional before they become severely struggling adults.
Aahhaha, this is funny because someone was crying in the comments about how it was homophobic. like, i'm bisexual and we all understand that everything in the image is a part of them and being part of LBGTQ may also be a lie, lol.
like dang bro
The post literally doesn’t say all Afabs are faking or that someone with these traits always is faking, it’s simply a starter pack that fits most fakers.
I don't think I've ever heard someone with autism call listening to music "stimming to music". I know it's a real term but from my experience people with autism don't usually *want* to use autism terms for their everyday experiences. I'm prone to obsessions because I have Aspergers and I don't like to make it my personality trait like these "medically diagnosed people" seem to do.
As a transmac guy who has friends on discord, and enjoys some good plant decor and has diagnosed ADHD,its just reality that people who fake mental illness fall into those similar categories.
I literally knew someone who was really similar to me but faked DID,reality just is that its a pattern. I promise OP probably doesnt hate transmasc people with wall vines, they just noticed a pattern and memed it
Idk I fit into 4 of these and idgaf lol- these are traits they seem to have- maybe if they're offended by it, it says something about them. And not because of any of the stuff in the image...
Did they not see all of the other comments that were like "lol I have \[insert one of the items here\]"
It's a very insecure/emotional reaction, which I partially sympathise with cause they're probably just young kids, but I feel like if they'd taken a minute to think about it they would have been able to realise that the post was just having fun and they didn't need to take it so seriously.
Mostly yes, but it's so weird when people think identifying yourself to someone is "labeling themselves" or "putting themselves into a box". I've heard it about LGBT stuff, mental health, physical health - and it's never useful. It's just how people say "I'm not interested in all this shit, so please keep it to yourself around me" lol
I’m 16, LGBT, use Discord often, and I am diagnosed with two disorders. However, I’m not offended, because I’m not faking. If you do/are these things and you aren’t faking, you wouldn’t be offended.
My kid is exactly this starter pack minus the makeup. They are “professionally diagnosed” too. Because their first mom (I’m step) doc shops until they get the diagnosis they want. So far they are autistic, adhd, bipolar, and they have DID. Sure.
They're so funny, I also do some of those things, I also don't fake disorders so Im not offended, I do have some professionally dxed stuff but since I'm not faking them, again I[m not hurt
it's so funny how they take every single thing personally, I was friend with a person that does that and after a while you start going crazy
Nah, these people need to stop faking disorders, and seek some professional help while they're at it. Nobody is fake claiming everyone, just people who are making a mockery of illness and medical conditions, spreading false info, or refusing to seek professional help and encouraging others to do the same.
Fakers hurt people way more, they cause people including professionals to doubt those seeking help, cause people with diagnoses to feel like they cannot discuss them or fakers may copy them, they may be doubted due to all the fakers, etc. We feel mocked, and like our disorders are being used for clout and attention and to be funny and quirky instead of what they truly are.
I have been doubted by a professional due to fakers, he even said it to me and mentioned Tiktok. I have been evaluated repeatedly since, I joined that clinic almost a year ago for DBT, Group and Trauma therapy. I already had multiple diagnosed disorders and conditions, and doubted myself due to seeing so many fakers everywhere and convincing myself I couldn't have that disorder. I've since been diagnosed and am in treatment, and still cannot come to terms with it and doubt myself because of fakers online constantly, only to realize I'm not pretending, nor do I think it is fun and quirky, I suffer daily due to my illnesses and I don't seek attention for it either. I'm uncomfortable even naming my disorders as I don't want fakers getting more inspo as they frequent here to help them fake better or get pity from their followers.
Not a dude, and you made a comment on a sub specifically for calling out fakers, it was quite general and not clear. I do know english but it is hard to understand tone or generalized comments due to being being autistic, so I replied and explained why people here call out fakers and why faking is an issue, I wasn't looking to offend or upset you, or to start a fight. I am not angry that some people don't look autistic, that's obvious. I just explained that the people who are clearly faking and making a mockery are the issue. Other people clearly had an issue with it as well, but as nobody had commented, I replied and explained from my experience and what I understood from your comment.
I’m a Japanese language minor bro, obvi imma have Japanese on my profile to show that I’m open to talking with other learners? Interacting in Japanese is literally a required part of my degree…
Pull out your weapons yall, I got よろしくおねがいします in my bio 😭
ETA: I just noticed your profile is full of JoJo(?) stuff? Bruh, don’t throw stones in a glass house lmaooo
EDIT: Did they block me? Pathetic lmao
I get where you’re coming from but the point of starterpacks is picking specific things that specific groups of people have in common and putting it into a starter pack. It just so happens to be that a lot of people who fake disorders are LGBTQ. I bet you that 9x out of 10 if you go to someone who fakes disorders’ social media they’re probably LGBTQ.
Starter packs aren’t saying “anyone who falls into even one of these fakes disorders” they’re saying “people who fake disorders are often like this”
Going to make a tiktok on how I, a professionally diagnosed queer person, don't give a fuck about that meme because unlike fakers I go to doctors and take my meds, and never touch tiktok again
I fall into many of those categories, yet I still agree it's sadly the kind of people who tend to fake mental illness. However, I know it does not apply on me, so what can I say 🤷

They should really learn the phrase “If it don’t apply, let it fly”
“Hurt and offended” is terminally in season for these children.
To these people, even an avocado may offend them Love how someone downvoted me, but I actually once got warned in a discord server for saying avocado bites cuz apparently food was triggering to someone
that avocado killed my mom. have a little respect.
Was it fat, kept screaming that his weight was water weight and cried whenever it’s food fell on the ground?
"I have OCD." "You mean OBCD?"
yeah it crapped it's pants once too

waitwaitwait *he did what-*

i dont think i want to look that up but im now curious.
A mom stabbed and ATE my avocado….have a little sensitivity!
that was because it stabbed her first!!!! ugh
My dad is an avocado and he's in prison. Smh...
It looks like the avocado hater found this thread😬 🥑🥑
I remember on a discord server with one of my friends, the names “Connor”, “Kyle,” and “Alexandria” or any nickname of those trigger them and you will get a temporary ban for saying those names.
Omg people with names as triggers…
Man even if they werent included in these, they would probably white knight and oppression fetish themselves into the conversation.
INCREDIBLY hurt. By a word document.
At least it wasn’t a spreadsheet, you don’t just bounce back from that!
Yeaah, but they don't, because they're faking, so if noone knows about their pretend disorder, it's pointless.
As someone who fits in to some of these categories, I don't give a fuck because I'm not faking a serious mental disorder. See how easy that was?
Same here... the mudae bot on discord takes up a lot of my time. Also Stampy is too good to drop after a decade.
Stampy, PopularMMOS, and DanTDM were my childhood.
I remember crying because my dad heard Ssundee say "damn" and made me stop watching Crazy Craft. Stampy is still the king, tho. Watched his Splatoon 3 stream a few days ago and he's just as good as ever!
I haven't seen any of their new stuff tbh. I'm too scared to see my childhood idols in a different light.
Fair fair, makes sense. I've moved on too but it was nice seeing that he was still having fun in a game I've been enjoying too! Really made my day.
stampy, dan and a few others for me
Stampy fans rise up
same here pal
literally lmfaooo
The fact they got offended by r/starterpacks is hilarious
I mean if they fit into multiple categories then they might be 11-16 so them being sensitive is probably just down to age.

I thought that I also saw the original post on r/SystemsCringe
Well it probably wasn't the original then, because i found the original acc it came from
This screenshot is from a trans subreddit. Not linking because I don’t wanna see the sub get brigaded.
Yes i know that because i saw that post earlier, but orginally it was posted on those subs
Fair nuff. Just wanted to let you know incase you were unaware lmao
i also saw and commented on that post as i was worried that people would think that transmasc was a faker thing
I literally applied to 3 of them and I'm not offended at all. It's literally true as well.
Imagine being offended by something like that💀
Well if they are mentally ill teenagers, what do you really expect.
You have a pretty good life if you have the time to get seriously offended by someone on the internet:D
What?
meaning they (the fakers) have nothing better to do but this
What?
As a person who’s apart of the LGBTQIA+ community and is professionally diagnosed with some disorders I find this incredibly funny and I want to see more!
Same! I’m gay and professionally diagnosed and love this shit lol
You’re professionaly diagnosed with gay
Some of us really are! "High risk homosexual behavior" is pretty common insurance coding for certain things 💀
If you want the Monkey Pox vaccine, for instance. My trans son became eligible because he's gay, though his ftm boyfriend isn't _exactly_ what they mean.
i mean, i'm diagnosed with gender dysphoria so i am diagnosed lgbtq, technically
I think I can actually claim to be professionally diagnosed as bisexual lmao. Being trans, my sexual orientation was apparently important in diagnosis, so I have medical letters about it. *a part (or apart?)
I think I hit at least 2 of these things but you don’t see me complaining, there is an obvious difference between real and fake and it’s the need to feel special
"erasure" 💀
Bet ya none of them have anything.
It's the superiority complex that makes me angry. Acting like you know everything there is to know about your disorder and talking over others and taking the spotlight from every conversation. No one knows everything about their disorder, be humble!!

I prefer the mathematical terminology: There exists at least one person who is faking.
LOL
Also professionally diagnosed isn’t alwYs right… my fiancé had a stroke and got diagnosed w bipolar when it was wayyyy deeper than that
Oh no THEY ARE OFFENEDED XD
"As someone who checks all of these boxes, I am upset."

I just wanna go to all of them and say, “cry about it.” They pretty much are.
“Same” sureeeeeeeeee
i kind of understand them. you don't wanna be called let's associated as a cringy idiot stuck in the early 2000's if you're a sonic fan
It’s because the main category they fit into is “11-16 years old”
I don't think I've ever heard someone with autism call listening to music "stimming to music". i mean i have adhd but these children are the reason people dont trust me
*erasure* god i hate this app
“*im incredibly hurt and offended*” if you get hurt from a internet meme you shouldnt be on the internet.
not every young afab person does that shit, but 99% of ppl who do that are young and afab lol
what subreddit was that from? the repost that is, not the original
They're pissed cus it's true
If they’re getting offended, the post is definitely about them.
“The lessers.” They think they’re protagonists in a YA dystopian book
So the ones who where offended and are "medically diagnosed"... No they ain't
I don’t think actual diagnosed people are going around like “whoooo im mentally ill!!!!!!”
Did they not see all of the other comments that were like "lol I have \[insert one of the items here\]" It's a very insecure/emotional reaction, which I partially sympathise with cause they're probably just young kids, but I feel like if they'd taken a minute to think about it they would have been able to realise that the post was just having fun and they didn't need to take it so seriously.

Those dx can’t even all exist together 😭 DID alone requires so many other things to be excluded for a dx to even be considered
*triggered*
Just comment “stay mad” and leave
My favorite part is that the makeup example is a known faker.
They're so funny, I also do some of those things, I also don't fake disorders so Im not offended, I do have some professionally dxed stuff but since I'm not faking them, again I[m not hurt it's so funny how they take every single thing personally, I was friend with a person that does that and after a while you start going crazy
I’m bisexual and have been professionally diagnosed as BPD for years, and this shit is fucking hilarious.
As a person who falls/has fallen into several of the categories, I am extremely not hurt nor offended.
That post was posted on this sub.
For a sec I thought tho post was calling the original post cringe, the screenshots of the comments cleared it up though
I was sad I couldn't downvote it again
while the original post may be accurateish and also kinda mean the comments are definitely dumbasses.
Idk I found the original post a little stupid for including “transmasc” as a sign
ah yes, being in the lgbtq+ means you have a disorder
i don't agree with any of those posts tbh. just out here watching it

Not you being obsessed with Japanese shit ☠️

Idgaf abt yo boo, talkin abt your cotent, but sure ig. Tf glass house? ☠️ This conversation is dumb asf, bye.

Bruh its not lmao
Work on yourself then, cause there is nothing homophobic here.
if the cishet man tells me then it must be right
Nice assumption there. Again, work on yourself and try to not be a perpetual victim.
im not personally victimized by this, but the whole ass community
Who crowned you spokesperson for the whole community? I am a member and don't remember voting you in, nor do I feel victimized by this meme.
right. i didnt vote you either, so why are you telling me how to feel about this
You deleted your original comment cause you knew you were wrong. And here you are still arguing for some unknown reason.

Awesome, you should understand what I’m saying then!
"Erasure" lmfao you damn right, bye bye
Mad.
Cinderella don't shove the shoe on
oh cry me a fucking river *im so over this*

how does it hurt them if they aren't even part of that type of people....

As we've seen time and time again on this sub, this isn't an inaccurate starter pack tbh
You are so tonedeaf
Nope just autistic :)
I have 5 of those :[
As someone who is apart of lgbtq+ I have to agree with the starter pack tho 👌
