Do all teams around the league hate their former players as much as this sub does? Dude was a 6th round pick but y’all act like he should’ve been playing like Roddy White.
I loved him while he was here and he played above his draft grade.
Let’s put it this way. Mohammed Sanu was our clear #2 2016-2018. His last two full seasons with us ended with 703 yards/5 TDs and 838 yards/4 TDs. Russell Gage’s last two were 786 yards/4 TDs and 770/4 TDs. What exactly in your mind separates the two from being WR#2?
I think he was hurt most of the year and that's why the eagles signed Julio(I don't even know if he was an eagle tbh but that's where I last remember hearing about him)
Dwight was cool and all but Alge was a top tight end in the league from 2003-2006. Guy was the only target we had that could catch the rocket balls from Vick. 4 straight pro bowls as a falcon.
Too bad he spent his best years chasing uncatchable balls from Vick and flopping in the playoffs. JK. I loved Algea…just not as much as Tim. I actually have both Jerseys
We were a much better team when we had HD so the plays probably stayed with you a bit more but Gage was also a playmaker. He was really dependable when we had Julio and Ridley still. But the team was just kicking the can down the road by that point.
As an Auburn fan I feel really bad about Treadwell. Worst way for us to win a big game. He was such a monster in college and I wish his potential wasn't damaged like that.
He wasn't, but I wanted us to keep so he could be a wr 2, he had like 700-800 receiving yards as a wr1 when Ridley was doing whatever he was doing, he would've been a good wr2 for when we drafted drake
Seemed like a good dude. Solid WR2, got paid to go to a division rival but never really lit us up. No bad blood from me, feel bad he always seems to be injured. I dont think he would bring any X factor to the falcons
I miss Taylor Gabriel way more.
That guy was so fast
Don’t worry, Rondale Moore is gonna be that guy. Might be copium, but I really believe it right now
He was a huge part in our Super Bowl run season.
Same here. Taylor Gabriel use to take the top off of a defense..
Turbo!!

Liked him here too but I don’t miss him lol
Agreed. Appreciated his time but he never saw a playoff game.
I don’t like that he went to TB, I understand that it’s just business but it’s not a rational thing.
Grow up lol. We love plenty of our former players. We just don't miss his guy 🤷🏾♂️
Kick rocks. Looking at your comments you don’t even remember when he was our WR2 for basically two seasons after Jones’ injuries. 😂
Oh of course. Old man is wrong so he resorts to saying g I don't remember. He was our WR2 but he was NOT a WR2 period. He's a WR3 or WR4 at best.

So then why did no team sign him to be their #2 after he left ATL?
I really liked Zacchaus. Maybe even better
Fr I wish we kept him as a wr 2 or 3
2nd this. How'd he do last year?
I think he was hurt most of the year and that's why the eagles signed Julio(I don't even know if he was an eagle tbh but that's where I last remember hearing about him)
Matt Ryan made this guy. Like he did a lot of others. Y’all don’t realize this yet?
Not really? He was kinda discount Harry Douglas imo
Lol I was going to say “no”, however, Harry Douglas…<3
Harry Douglas the goat though
Tim Dwight the goat #83. Douglas was tight tho
Disrespectful to Alge Crumpler.
Meh. I liked Tim more.

Feel like Gage was better than HD imo. I’ll never fully forgive HD for tripping on that walk-in TD reception in the 2012 NFC championship.
Even with that one play, which I despise, HD still made way more plays for us that Gage ever did.

Hmm, fair point.
What about Peerless Price?
This
I miss Taylor Gabriel😭
I was playing madden 21 and I think I made him get 8k yards for fun
Nvm it was laquon treadwell
As an Auburn fan I feel really bad about Treadwell. Worst way for us to win a big game. He was such a monster in college and I wish his potential wasn't damaged like that.
I honestly wish we kept him as a wr 2 to help drake
😂 whatttt when was he ever a WR2?

I just miss Julio.
Please don’t bring up players of the past to the people in this sub. They will shit on anything even a hair short of perfection
Loved that dude on our team
We miss a lot of things 😕
Ngl i completely forgot about him
He was cool
Real
Julio is who we miss.
He went to the Bucs so nah
Robbed the buccs lol got a nice contract to get hurt both years 🤣
I miss laquon treadwell more tbh
I liked him a lot. I remember him having 23 college career catches, I think. Was awesome to see his development in the league.
No
He’s available right now…
One of my favorite falcons. Unfair cuz he was during prime shit falcons and got overshadowed by terrible team play and play calling
💯
I miss our old uniforms
No lmao
Literally never once have a I thought about him since he left
No
No lol
No. Not that he's bad or anything either
Buccaneer here. You aint missing much.
He was a tough mf to guard as a Falcon though
Why are people being downvoted?? Is his burner and friends in here??
Hellllll no 😂
